Eric Li is brilliant - some of his videos about 10 years old have proven him right on every point he made

this is one of the best presentation that represent China as real as possible, remember that Mr Eric Li is not Decision maker in CPC so some of his opinion might not be correct but overall amazing talk.

Educational, eye opening, promotes creative thinking instead of being part of a herd.

The real estate problem cannot be ignored. True: "some of these people belong in jail." That plus deflation is cause for concern.

The American Empire is an offspring of the British Empire. It prefers to colonise the World using International Finance Capital based out of the "City of London" but will not hesitate to use force and violence when necessary (WW1, WW2, Yugoslavia, Iraq, Syria, Ukraine etc..). There are "managers" that branch out like a spider's tentacles to maintain the Empires control like BIS (Bank of International Settlements), Wall Street, MIC (military industrial complex), Westernised academic institutions (i.e. Neo-liberal economics), Western foundations and think tanks (i.e. Ford, Rockefeller, Chatham House) mainstream media, NGO's etc. The purpose of Imperialism is wealth extraction (land, resources, labor, human mind etc..) from the World for the benefit a Racist Elite minority (they do nothing and live in a garden while the slaves do everything and live in the jungle). Imperialism keeps and forces countries to stay under-developed and dependent. Finally, the Imperialists will "lie, cheat and steal" (as per Mike Pompeo ex US secretary of state and CIA director) to maintain their grip over humanity.

I'm hoping the person asking the last question was just asking and not believing the premise of the question. Debt trap is a huge factor how western countries got so rich. Look no further than the IMF and World Bank

Some of the questioners suffer from “Stockholm syndrome”, they have fallen in love with their colonial hegemons and have difficulty getting rid of the Western hegemonic mindset! I was once like that too!🤔😔

When the US wakes up and finds that it’s no longer the economic powerhouse of the world it might finally dawn that fomenting and financing endless wars around the globe has huge opportunity costs. The American electorate will hopefully figure that out one of these days and send the warmongers from the temple. Thank you for an insightful perspective on what is possibly THE key issue of our time.

My view, simply put, is perhaps Karl Max has called "right on the spot" afterall. China has moved successfully from Capitalism to Socialism and perhaps finally to Communism (all in a short 40 some years). If you go to Shenzen, China today, you'll experience this amazing phenomenon, cheap food, cheap housing, great /fast services, almost free transpotations, social stability etc. all AI/Hi Tech assisted. In comparisom, you can draw your own conclusion.

Shenzhen has made many great achievements, but cheap housing is definitely not one of them. It has a very serious housing problem.

What happen to internet monopoly problem will happen to EV and semiconductor industry too. These industries problem is no different from the internet industry like they also need humongous investment too etc. Eric should know this. Thus, history or problem will repeat itself.

He speaks very much like an entrepreneur. Good in some ways, but also unapologetically greedy. I hope China can continue to channel the energies and anxieties of people like this without allowing them to take over and say "Lets do colonialism again, lets have the same profit margins the US had back when it was the only industrialized economy in the world, so my friends and I can be super-rich and have a whole world full of peripheral people that we can treat like shit."

True. He has changed his views and become a "venture socialist." He knows he must toe the CPC's line.
