The American Empire is an offspring of the British Empire. My view, simply put, is perhaps Karl Max has called "right on the spot" afterall. China has moved successfully from Capitalism to Socialism and perhaps finally to Communism (all in a short 40 some years). If you go to Shenzen, China today, you'll experience this amazing phenomenon, cheap food, cheap housing, great /fast services, almost free transpotations, social stability etc. all AI/Hi Tech assisted. Shenzhen has made many great achievements, but cheap housing is definitely not one of them. It has a very serious housing problem.
