It's a Japanese traditional dance. In summer we have a summer festival and dance like that. Usually putting on casual kimono called Yukata.Of course Kaze arranged it to his style though:-)

He is also great pianist.

For you guys that liked LiSA, I would suggest you to react to Minami "waiting for rain" (Ame wo Matsu). You'll be shocked and I'm sure you'll like it (it's not a first take though, it's the MV). All of Minami songs are worth reacting, she and LiSA are something else, but this is a good start!
