Does the kit come with an adapter harness to plug the headlights into a 2010 GX460 with HID?

1) wire harness only coming from car side- head light coming without adaptor harness (you need to re-pin according to your switch options) 2) unfortunately there is no direct plug and play solution (if your car without afs it is more easy)
