I think something between a Nappa that survived the Saiyan Saga and went with Vegeta to later on ally with Gohan and Krillin like in the original and him fighting against Recoome rather than Veg could be nice

I don't think A18 could even budge Dabura, as he is alone compared to Cell and we see with Imperfect Cell tanking the Light Grenade and Semi Perfect Cell tanking A16's punch, plus, she was never stated to be stronger than before and Dabura could simply spit on her like he did with Piccolo.
Goten can't keep up with Gohan and Trunks isn't that much ahead while Dabura is an opponent even Gohan had troubles against. So, yes without Gotenks they're pretty much done in

But pretty much accurate:
On equal forms:
Base Adult Gohan > Piccolo > Base Kids Post Rosat (because of Dabura considering base saiyans energy more worthy than Piccolo and Piccolo being dominant once Gotenks defuses)
Piccolo > Android 18 >= Base Kids Pre Rosat (18 is as strong as when she was stronger than Goku & Vegeta and I think the kids just could have done it slightly better had not been for the costume)
And considering that Dabura was on the same league as Gohan, they doesn't stand any chance.
