Yes you can. Go to EA help (you have to follow some protocol stuff like providing Game info N shit) and a technician will chat with you in order to provide you your account back. It worked for me. Just you need to know what email is the account registred to, because the same EA technician WILL NOT EVER PROVIDE THE EMAIL TO YOU even if you try "you name It" trick to get It, and last but NOT least, the email account running smoothly in order to recieve and open a mail with a Code you exchange with EA technician which eventually will give you the password for the email account you are supposed to remember.
And thats how u get it back.
