Nice work! I love seeing kids out in the shop. Something tells me they’re gonna be very excited to get on that thing and try it out! Great video too, looking forward to the next episode!
Thanks Jason, my grandson wants to paint it blue like Paw Patrol. Just put the muffler on and adjusted the carb, and it runs good. It needs everything but still fun to fix up with them. The parts are so cheap on Amazon and Ebay.
@@goose278 I was surprised when you said the head was like $40! But yes I had a bit of an experience with that Chinese dirt bike we got from the scrapyard. Whole motors are just a couple hundred dollars I think in some cases less. I noticed those little motors can rev up like crazy and they just go. That quad you hit there is probably pretty fast for a little guy! I know the kids will love it!
I had one of these with similar problems but mine has only 1 ring that worked and it was the 2nd compression ring so it smoked real bad but even after rebuilding it I didnt have the tools to replace the valve seals so it still smoked. So then i traded it out for a Dirtbike

Yeah they're easy to work on but so cheaply built. I hope the dirt bike was good 👍
