  • As we move into 2024, Pastor Erwin asks an intriguing question: are we dreaming backward or forward?
In the book of Ecclesiastes, we're challenged to continue sharpening our God-given abilities, believing that our best days are ahead of us and not behind us.
We're reminded that though God is continually inviting us into a brighter future, it is our responsibility to prepare for and move into that future.
Pastor Erwin commissions us to stay sharp by working smarter instead of harder, stay close to others who are elevating, and stay open by continually adding to our capacity.
Are you ready to move into 2024 sharper than ever?
Listen to this incredible new message now!

As always Pastor Erwin gives us a wonderful spiritual challenge to follow. But I think it's also very important that we talk about success in a much broader term. And I 100 percent agree that when it comes to our professional side, we need to find those who sharpen us (iron sharpens iron). So it is important to surround yourself with people of equal ambition, if not more.
But when it comes to our personal and spiritual side, we also need to find the marshmallows (to use his term) in our life. What I mean by this is that we can't all be iron all the time. In our current society success is measured by our status, income etc but not by our kindness and compassion, those are seen as marshmallow attributes - at best important and at worst - weak and lacking ambition . Well sometimes we must be iron and other times we must be marshmallows. And sometimes being the Marshmallow is the best iron we need. Thank you Pastor Erwin for consitantly challenging us to grow.

28:19 “You’re not designed for an easy life! I know no one wants to tell you that. Look at the world ... if you think there is a God, why would the God who created you, design you for an easy life, and make life so hard? You ARE DESIGNED for THIS environment! You ARE CAPABLE of being stronger and tougher than you think!”
38:18 "You have more God-given capacity than you could ever imagine. There will never be a day, that “better” will not be in your future if you choose it!"
I don’t know why this is so powerful & convicting and yet encouraging all at the same time, but it is!!! This pastry loving/eating man needs to hear and apply this message daily! Thank you ERM for always striving to become better and never settling, and calling us to do likewise!
