thank you for this video. I see you explain how to cut a flounce from a circle. I was wondering if I need the same amount of fabric if I cut it in a spiral?

Yes, chiffon frays a lot, so fray check or finish the raw edges with a zigzag stitch :)

Put fish line in boiling water wrapped on 1 inch pvc pipe. Let cool in water that you boiled. It keeps it's shape longer.
