Great video! One thing however, the longest distance is actually 800 meters for women and 1500 meters for men.

God I miss swimming. I was a swimmer for about ten years, till the hedonistic life stumbled upon me. I miss the part before the race, when you prepare for the bip. The tension and the well awarded medal.

you werent totally correct about turns... for freestyle and backstroke you do not hit the pad with your hand before turning unless in a medely.

Don't forget to breathe...and watch out for the wall and keep an eye on the other guy and slice don't splash and if you are a third of the way away from the finish turbo mode...

Bruh I just went to my first swim practice and the coach wanted me to compete in a meet in 5 days. I didn’t even know what a 50 was until 2 hours ago 😂. I only know what back stroke is and whatever the front one is 😂
