KOREAN KIMBAP RECIPE

  • INGREDIENTS:
    ***Rice
    - 3 cup glutinous rice
    - 3 cups Japonica rice or any ordinary rice
    - 3Tbsp sugar
    - 2 Tbsp vinegar
    - 1 tsp salt
    - 1 tsp sesame oil
    - 1 tsp seasoning ( I used Dashida Korean beef powder)
    ***Fillings:
    - 1 can spam
    - 6 large eggs
    - 300 g carrots
    - 250 g petchay or spinach
    - cheese (eden)
    - 1 pack Korean radish pickle
    ***Sauce:
    - 1/4 cup hot water
    - 2 Tbsp sugar
    - 1 tsp salt
    - 4 Tbsp soy sauce
    - 1 tsp sesame oil
    - 1 tsp sesame seeds
    - 2 to 3 Tbsp vinegar
    - 1/2 tsp seasoning
    ****Yield: 15 rolls
