I love this video... people need to understand that others learn just by watching someone do something not by having everything explained to them step by step...
Before encountering the subtle *tap, tap* of the mouse, I had never imagined I could design a house in AutoCAD. But now, upon hearing these almost inaudible sounds, created by one who is truly a master of computer software manipulation, I am empowered to do the same--I *shall* design a house, in which *I* shall live. Gone are the days of endless wonder and aching, the result of my inability to inhabit my own, customized home. I am the first of a new breed of humans, who shall design their own fortresses! We shall prevail in populating this world! All because of a single AutoCAD tutorial, which has inundated my brain's emotional heart with an overflow of dopamine.
I like the tutorial. Don't know why people are complaining. Following the tutorial and looking up for references helped me understand AUTOCAD much much better.
I liked that 3D modeling Sir , but we prefer if you included i voice explaining steps plus muting the mouse clicking , I'm following your channel cause you are amazing
If you touch too much commands and have messed up the project go to windows -START- all programs - Autodesk - Autocad - Reset settings to default !!! This saved my life....Great tutorial :)
With this tutorial, I am sure I can make a house in no time! And, I REALLY understand the greatly explained video tutorial. *note sarcasm* If there would be a narration or subtitles explaining every step then, that would be great. Anyways, I still love the work.
Mufasu CAD I feel like there weren't much details given along with the tutorials, but thanks, I manage to get it done exactly the same by following each commands :)
Bad tutorial the 3D stuff doesn’t work and the second pair of windows won’t extrude and when I try to subtract them they don’t subtract into a nice perfect 3D window they just go back to 2D
Thanks. Loved how you picked up the reference height/depth by hovering(?) over a nearby reference point and then clicking back at your intended line destination. Im sure it wont work when I first try it and it will take some experimentation to get it right but it's still something to shoot for. Lots of 3d navigation techniques highlighted in this short video. Now it's up to me to make it work. Good intro to some approaches to 3d. Combining this with some of the push/pull techniques we see out there will be helpful. Heavy use of the command line on screen is instructive too.
Thanks man. I have been working in elv design for long there we don't use 3d.and I learn autocad 3 d b4 but I forget most of it and your tutorial help me refresh my 3d knowledge that I learn from institute.
TNice tutorials was super helpful, dude! I got the tutorial version of soft soft just to get a taste, and after figuring it out I decided to purchase the
Thank u very much, all tutorials are good, and guys every step every comand u can see it if u look on his mouse !!! Good job and thank u very much again! :D
aah, i just got into making soft rn and tNice tutorials is so helpful and your voice is so sootNice tutorialng btw! thanks for tNice tutorials tutorial
sorry,, im not fluent to speak in english language,,, btw can u understand if i speak in anothers,,, in the tutorial i'm type commands, if you already mastering basic 2D commands, it will be easy for you to follow the tutorial.
These are excellent tutorial videos for practicing and build your objective blocks when designing or modeling. Like the different instructor and resources, that's a plus.
I basically know everytNice tutorialng there is to know about soft soft but I still watched tNice tutorials through just because of how good you explained
sir can you give as a copy of dwg.. only that polyline drawing that is net yet extrude..so we can do the same house and follow on how you draw the house from polyline up to the end.
Thanks for the video. what modes do you have when you are using the "Pline" function for the roofing? I was good up until then and then my line just would not connect? Do you think you could make a video with talking, that way we can also know what you panels on the side are set as?
Christopher McClendon Thank you ,,,, :) To connect you can use join command,,, the object must in same coordinate...im not use voice, to let everyone imaginary skill works (3D is about imaginary),,, Tips,,, mastering basic command,,, it will be easy to drawing... :)
Hi, May I ask what you did during the subtract part in the beginning? I typed in "subtract" and selected both ext and int wall and pressed enter, but still shows filled when i switch to the shaded view Thanks
3:00 +Mufasa CAD do you remember the demensions of the windows and door? im having trouble doing it like you did and im wondering if its because my deminsions are off.
I have been having a question. When the value of the dimension is small, it becomes very hard to precisely place the subject. In this case, I started off entering the number exactly as you did in the video. Perhaps it was because I did not change the the default unit of the dimension, it would be in ft. I had hard time working on the doorknob. Do you have any idea of how to fix this problem or it is a common problem. Thanks.
i have a question. i have an nvidia GTX 880m sli mobile graphics card on my alienware laptop with the new intel i7 extreme 4940mx. can i still run autocad autodesk cadcam or any of those. its for architecture school. so i will be using it for architecture programs.
Oh ok thanks. Yea mine is 16GB ram. I was just getting worried cause i heard that for autocad and cadcam and autodesk you need quadro ghrapics and that Geforce wont work. But thanks for conferming that i still can run it. Thanks so much :D
Never, for the rest of you life buy alienware. It is way overpriced junk. You can build a computer for half the price that will put it to absolute shame and run circles around it.
never buy "alienware" it is way over priced and they save money buy giving you some shitty componets like crappy motherboards etc. You can easily build your own computer that will run circles around "alienware" for a fraction of the price.
I love this video... people need to understand that others learn just by watching someone do something not by having everything explained to them step by step...
And others learn by doing, not watching....

I am professor of the Universidad del Valle de Mexico and I really like your video to my students beginners, thanks.
+Marcos Antonio Cervantes Favila Thanks for watching,,, i hope its help your students
He did a very good job imo. Explaining the basics step by step. English is not my first language and I have no experience in using DAWs
Very Well Explained!!
i know RIGHT?
With this tutorial, I am sure I can make a house in no time! And, I REALLY understand the greatly explained video tutorial. *note sarcasm* If there would be a narration or subtitles explaining every step then, that would be great. Anyways, I still love the work.

I noticed your channel name after putting that comment :)
Okey thanks :]
Overseas channels are also obviously rich in science, thank you.
Is the comment section filled with engineers? Because im only a grade 10 student curious abt how to design a house lol
No, we are all being sarcastic, its a useless video
Thanks for all of your tips! I've just been getting into producing myself for my artists and mannnnn. It's like science lmao. Thanks a ton!
Bad tutorial the 3D stuff doesn’t work and the second pair of windows won’t extrude and when I try to subtract them they don’t subtract into a nice perfect 3D window they just go back to 2D
I just found how to get the windows subtracted. Do 'sub', click on the house layer, press enter, then select the 2 windows and press enter!
Thanks. Loved how you picked up the reference height/depth by hovering(?) over a nearby reference point and then clicking back at your intended line destination. you can simply extrude surface not solid the joined lines you created without offsetting then add thickness to it by using thicken command.
I kinda liked this one. It was easy enough to follow, and sort of zen. :)
Thanks for watching
sir can you give as a copy of dwg.. only that polyline drawing that is net yet extrude..so we can do the same house and follow on how you draw the house from polyline up to the end.
