All the patches on the xbox are as follows. 1: Skalitz can be cleaned of chests, it is possible still to lockpick all of them 2: Kunish cannot be used to get better stats 3: In the "Run" sequence it is not possible to kill the cumens 4: Talimborg can still be fully cleaned, just that since you cannot ride olena while overencumbered, you will have to walk everywhere very slowly, but it is still doable. Just get all the gear and once you leave talimborg walk all the way to the inn outside of talimborg and rent a room, then stuff all excess gear in there in the chest in your room. It will save so don't worry. Then just proceed the quest on foot. 5: The st george loot has been patched it is no longer there. (TL,DR: only the lockpicking in this guide work nothing else.)
Juan Garcia #3 is false. It took me 30 minutes, but I’ve killed 9 of them in the opening part of “run” just now. The problem is that you’ll wind up with so much loot you can’t get on your horse
@@xDJblaze757x I use a weight mod and a save mod. Unlimited of both. I killed them all and was able to get on my horse as I wasn't over encumbered. Just did this today.
Heads up for you - instead of fighting and losing to Kunesh - if you put 2 points into Speech at the beginning of the game - you can succeed on the speech check - but Kunesh still won't give you anything. So you can go inside and still trigger the lockpick quest by approaching the chest.
1. You can train hunting by knocking down sheeps 2. You can store gears in Henry's own chest, which will survive the raid, just remember to pick them back before you interact with the grave 3. if being too encumbered to move at all, take Gravedigger perk, dump your gear to some "body", and carry him/her instead ;)
Here are a couple of points I'd like to add to this: 1. Placing any gear in the boxes that say "open" rather than "rob" is safe. Don't even need to sneak to take the stolen goods. Just remember to take everything back before exiting the castle. 2. When going to Skalitz - go left to the small bridge. There is a chest with good gear under the bridge and a bunch of bandits in the compound - one of the bandits carries a "duelist" longsword
FYI It is still possible (Oct2019) to steal everything from Talmburg overloaded and take the horse even though the horses now wont let you ride overloaded. Do the following: Steal everything in Talmburg and stash it in the chests as is indicated in this guide Mount your horse and ride to the gate Get off the horse and talk your way out Ride the horse out only a couple of steps, get off and walk back in the castle before the gate closes Go pickup all your loot Walk (overloaded) back to the gate and the guard will let you out a second time Leave the horse where it is and walk down to the inn Hire a room and dump everything in your chest there Go back up and collect your horse Grats
@@weezycobain I havent got to the end game, what chest do you mean? Also, update on the guide above is that your stolen horse is not there when you go look for it after the prologue. So it's not as much use as previously. You can explore quite a big area around the talmburg village before you trigger the next scene, but you dont really need a horse for that Here is another thing to do before you leave talmburg: Shoot the cows (there are two sets of cows one at each end of the village). You can train up archery and the meat can be sold at the inn for quite a lot of cash once cooked (removes stolen tag). They respawn pretty fast, you need to leave the area and come back. Dont let the guards see you killing them, they dont like it :) To be honest it's probably not worth the time of stealing every single thing before the prologue ends. Taking advantage of making some basic cash and training skills (stealth and lockpicking) is probably worth it. It is so easy to make money after the prologue (steal cash from traders chests), my personal chest is rammed with stolen stuff that I cant even be bothered to sell. If you have your eye on some 3k piece of armor in a shop, buy it, then go out the back and take your money back from the trader's chest. It's too easy. FYI: Im pretty sure I did almost everything possible before the prologue ends (I spent a couple of weeks before moving on), so feel free to ask questions. This is my first playthrough so cant tell you about stuff deep in to the game. Talmburg guards you strip naked, still have no clothes after the prologue which is kinda funny. They reset the 'free' horse but it seems anything else you got up to stays as it was
@@yjoltetepique8555 All of it should work except a few points related to the horse. You cant now ride overloaded (which isnt what you might think, ill explain below) and you cant keep the horse. You can ride a horse when you are overloaded (you have the overloaded symbol), but there is a point where it will no longer let you get on the horse as your overload increases. I dont know what the cutoff point is, but if you are only slightly overloaded you can still ride horses - may be to do with the horses carry capacity. There are lots of other things you can do which are not in this guide, some examples: Skalitz has 2 cows in the north east that you can train weapon skills on which can help to prepare you for Run, but watch out for villagers walking past as they will call the guards. I trained weapons a lot on those poor cows. Leave the area and come back and they will respawn. When you hit them they will run off, just stay still and they will stop running and come back quite quickly. As you train in the cow area you can knock out people that walk by if you like, just be sure to carry the body away from the area so that when they wake up they dont immediately spot you killing cows. You can sharpen your weapon on the grind stone next to your father as they will get blunt if you do a lot of killing. Cow meat can be cooked to remove stolen tag and then sold at the tavern. You can try training on the sheep just south of your house, but it's much harder as they dont let you get close. I used them for arrow practice to get used to hitting moving targets. In Talmberg, the point where you are asked to guard the walls is a good moment to strip any guards you missed earlier, they all single file off the ramparts and you can block the last in the line and seperate him, then knock out when away from others. You have to act quickly to pick off the guards which are standing solo as very soon after this point guards seem to patrol all over the place during the night and make it more difficult to find any solo

Unfortunately some of this stuff has been patched as I’ve discovered so far. You can’t use Kunesh as a pin cushion and you can’t ride that horse if you are over burdened, it won’t let you mount. Probably best to put this in your title.
@@robertandrews6915 To bypass the the over burdened just put ur stuff in chests. skallitz stuff in the unlockable one in henrys house. Then stay overencumbered in talmberg until u already talked to robard about burying ur parents then put what u need in a chest until u can mount the horse..exit n then get the chest from the inn n then return back to the castle to get the rest(guard will b pissed at u after u come back but other than that it wont break the game) then just proceed as the rest of the video says :v
@@francisstarrk2813 You can also fill the capacity of your horse, then jump on it it, open the menu and move everything back to your inventory, without dismounting until the cutscene ofTamberg, of course. Right now, before speaking to robard, I have 431.3 kg in my inventory
@@imegatanadoiataki as far as I know u can't give stuff to the starting horse as it isn't yours.. again just a cheat solves that problem...n pissing the door guard xD
All of the endgame gear (like St. George’s sword) has since been patched out. You can no longer obtain them until the epilogue. If you visit the campsite outside Neuhof at any point before then, it will just be a tent with some blankets on the ground.
All that warhorse armour and the good weapons can be found in hidden chests around the map. Just have to find them. This can be done as soon as you get out of the prologue if you have the required lock pick stats and abilities
Thanks for the guide. I play for PS4 and after patch 1.8.2 three things cannot be done anymore [patched out] but still managed to make some money selling loot: [1] Train your STR, AGI and weapons at Kunesh, sadly; [2] Ride your horse while emcumbered; [3] And the entire chest NE of Neuhof with the St. George's sword. Also, for those with difficulty in lockpicking, I play KCD for PS4. There is a house that has a "Very Easy" locked door in front of the Deutchs house. I trained there. Unlocked and waited for him to go about his chores and return. Everytime he'd leave, he'd lock the door and I could repeat. It took me a while to get all the way to lv3 at Lockpicking [maybe 40 minutes] and once I did, I chose the "Lasting Pick" perk and al the Easy and Hards started to become "easy". Now I even go about "Very Hard" locks with no problem. I broke only 2 picks this way. Try this!
Just as a heads up, after a recent patch several things about this guide have changed. 1. Olean the horse will no longer be where you left her before the cutscene and burying your parents portion. 2. The chest at the camp with St. George's sword was removed in a patch, now the camp is empty.
There’s also a great chest to the left of skalitz. It’s by the first house with smoke coming out of the chimney. You walk over the bridge and then turn right as soon as you get passed the bridge and turn sharp. It’s right there. Has 2k worth of inventory.
Tip for choking out a guard. As soon as your opening dialog with mom ends, make an instant sprint for the gate between the blacksmit area and the main part of town and you will get there before a guard does. Wait in the entry way on the town side and wait for him to pass under. Then choke him out. If it fails, it's the beginning of the game, so who cares. Just keep trying till you succeed.
A lot of this stuff has been patched. Sorry guys. You can still get the save file. Save file is up (REQUIRES DLC): www.nexusmods.com/kingdomcomedeliverance/mods/382/
Are you using any mods by chance? I know there are a few that affect them. Personally haven't had any issues, just beat up the wayfaring knight in my main save.
Another important thing you forgot. You can purchase a horse from any stable when you wake up in Rattay which there’s really no point in having Olena, plus you get a different cutscene when your chasing a boar with Sir Hans on a Hunting quest
you don't have to fight kunesh to get lockpicks, just talk to him and say that your father will hear of this, then go to the chest to get the lockpick mission
If you succed in the speech check with Kunesh (3), he won't fight you, but won't give you his keys either. Afterwards you'll get the option to ask Fritz for lockpicks when you check the chest. You don't have to lose to Kunesh if you want the lockpicks from Fritz.
If you do the horse fight once, you'll be able to do it easily from the on. The key is managing how long your kite range is. At first ride back and forth a long distance (see how far you can ride toward the cutscene start without actually triggering it). That way more of them will loose aggro and you can wound/kill them easily. When there are 2-4 left reduce the range because there likely won't be any archers left and you won't be able to lose aggro from them. It's easier to hit them on the right side so try to align them on that side. Those are my tips. Thanks Wanderer for this guide!
this is so very useful for people who just want to experience the story or just want to kick the arse out of the game. for everyone else: i recommend taking it slowly. make mistakes and live by them. pick flowers on the way.
Even though they removed the kunesh exploit, I discovered another way to raise stats. Not weapon skills though, but your main stats. I am hesitant to reveal it here though, in case it gets nerfed! Anyway, here it is.... Punching sheep. First you have to get some of them trapped. You can do this at any time. You herd the sheep through the gate toward your house. You wont get all of them, but you dont have to. Once you have herded several of them through the gate, go in and herd them toward your house, but staying along the wall and moving toward the area between your house and the wall. There is a small area next to the house there where if you work at it, u can get a few sheep to fall into and they become trapped. Once you have trapped a few of them, you can hop down and punch away. They get knocked out and u only gain skill when you hit them while they are up. It takes awhile but you can do it as long as you want. Skills you gain from it: Unarmed Hunting Str, agi, vitality Warefare Main. You get alot of exp from sheep surprisingly, but it still takes awhile to raise the skills since you have to wait for sheep to wake up after knocking them out. Make sure no one can see you do it, even your parents. I did knock out a sheep a few times near my mother that was running about. I have a reputation hit when I got to rattay, and I think that was the cause. But Im not sure. Still better to not let them see it, just in case. If you use a weapon you would probably kill them, and thus end the exploit. I havent tested that, I just assume it would kill them.
This is a very detailed and well-made guide, thank you for uploading! I decided to go with it for the first playthrough, after some hefty hours of frustration. The game is truly challenging as it is, and as there are no difficulty settings, some nerfing is welcome :D At least until one gets familiar with the mechanics.
Also, a good idea if you want to max Stealth is to simply walk past the trader in their one trade house and into the back area, then sneak upstairs. Since they aren't programmed to sleep yet, you can keep sneaking around this upstairs area and it will count towards your Stealth skill, and with it being upstairs it is harder to get caught by people from outside.
That is until you beat the game, and meet Lord Capon there, he's sitting next to that chest but after you talk to him he gets up and leaves and the guards there are apparently looking the other way so very easy to rob. But the items will carry a stolen tag for a LONG time.
@ THE WANDERER - to get an Axe go to the gate in the stockade, near to the back of Kunesh the drunk's house. There just off to the side are some villagers working the fields - the guy nearest to the gate, who is working a field on his own has an Axe . Wait till the other two villagers are not looking in your direction (and there are no random wandering NPC's nearby - as sometimes happens), then stealth 'take-down' on him and loot his stuff which includes the Axe. The Guard at that gate is almost always on his own so by far the easiest to knock out without getting caught. However his gear appears to be somewhat randomised (yes I know you Americans spell this with a 'z' not an 's' - the same as you mispronounce 'herbalism' and 'beta' and don't get me started on how you misspell 'colour'); sometimes you get a sword off him but other times it is a mace or a pole arm? :-) Why would you carry on using OLENA until you get to the part of the main quest line where you get PEBBLES? With all that loot and money from selling the loot, surely you just ride OLENA to a Horse Trader as soon as you can, and buy a Horse that you can whistle up and access the inventory of? It is likely that the horse you buy will have better stats than PEBBLES anyway (if you chose with a bit of care when Horse buying)? It will also make the 'hunting with Sir Capon' quest easier, having a horse v's not having one?
I recently discovered a nifty little trick to do if your having trouble lockpicking on PS4 what you need to do is keep entering and exiting the lock until you get a start point riiiiiiight at the edge of the inner wheel (indicated by a massive start dot) it doesn't make it a guaranteed pick but it does make it a HELL of a lot easier.
I actually don't mind it on ps4. Its just the sensitivity is to high until you hit level 2 of the skill, after that there is a clear night and day difference.
if you are going to place items in the chest at the house? then do not leave items in the chest in the back room. the chest there goes missing when you return to skalitza
Thanks for the info! Literally was just skimming through the comments, cause i restarted my game, and was just about to trigger the main quest to start the attack on skaltiza when i read this.
The chest in the main room disappears but the chest in the storage room stays. I leave everything I steal in Skalitz there so I can pick it up before I bury my parents and it just comes with me. And you can steal ALOT of shit in Skalitz including taking out 3 guards and all their armor.
Alex Szántó I disagree, this is how I've been gaming for a long time. When I first played Skyrim and got knocked into the air by a giant the first thing I did was look up guides to get super OP. I like to enjoy my experience through a games storytelling. I'm a smooth gamer not some hardcore dark souls masochist
In that case, sure, but i think there is a line between borderline cheating, and exploiting every bit of the game, or being a masochist :/ Anyway, this game is fun, just be patient, cuz its buggy af. Enjoy hearing my native language in the game (hungarian) :)
Fredo Sinsemilla I believe it’ll still be a challenge because there are still fights that involve multiple opponents, and keeping your character healthy
Interestingly enough, there is little exploit. When you go to bury your parents and fight the guy with shovel. If you manage to hit him with sword enough for his stamina to go slow and he starts to walk, he has chance to get stuck on rubble at front of village gate. As long you keep attacking he should stay there long time to get you levels.
The beating up Kunesh part is the part where I think that I might as well just use console commands to get my stats up. Saves me from getting carpal tunnel syndrom from repeatedly clicking for an hour ;)
One thing i would add: After you are done with everything and start the scene where you fight your first kuman while running away. Right before take all your small and normal Repairkits (for every part of Armor) and take out all your armor and weapons out of the chest in your house. Then repair everything with the small repair kits first then switch to the normal ones. I got the repair skill threw that to 16-17. Also the infinity stabbing on Kunesch got patched.
Here's how you get your best start (2022-05-06): Get herbalism to lvl 10, then get the perk for the strength. Get herbalism as high as possible (16-17) without entering the tavern area yet (ensure that the cutscene doesn't happen). Kill all regular citizen without names and choke all named citizen to steal all their belongings, then plunder their houses. Ensure that you kill all animals (sheep and cows with weapon, chicken with fist), before you trigger any cutscenes or savegames. The animals will respawn after loading a savegame and after cutscenes. Therefore, whenever a cutscene ist trough, kill all the animals again. If there's an autosave or you save manually, load immediatly after, then kill all animals. Always take the meat. Ensure that you loot at least 2 guards with bows (reloading can change their type between halberd and bow type). Put on arm protection and use half your arrows (not more!) to train bow on the sheep to lvl 2. If you get hurt or start bleeding, your mom can heal you. Cooking stolen food removes the stolen tag and they can be sold. Don't eat any food, instead eat out of all cooking pots from the NPC houses. Buy all Saviour Schnapps. When you're done with everything, you should still have around 10 Saviour Schnapps and the merchants shouldn't have any gold nor Savior Schnapps left. Save before giving the nails to the girl. For the first cuman, you wait in front of the bush on the wall in stealth mode, until he passes. Then you try to sneak-kill him from behind. If that fails, he drops his sword, then it's an easy fight against him. Just press 1 to draw your sword and he won't be able to fight you with his fists at all. Loot everything, put on his complete armour set, then run to your horse, but DON'T sit on the horse! Behind your horse is a cart. Stand at the end of the wood plank pile next to it and jump on the cart. Equip your bow, draw your bow, optionally, save here. Wait until all enemies are right next to the cart. Those with halbers/swords can't attack you. Prioritize those with bows, since they can harm you. If they are right next to the cart, it's very easy to shoot their face. You can also loot them for additional arrows. When all enemies are dead, shoot an arrow towards the 3 cumans who molest Thabeta. They will come to the cart too, deal with them like all the other guys. Kill the 2 horses, take their saddles and equip it to your horse, to increase its carrying limit. Loot however you please, ensure that you aren't encumbered and continue to the regular path. In the next scene when you have to run away from the Cumans with the horse, before you do anything else, open your inventory, take out everything (including the saddles) from the horses inventory and put it in your own, since you won't be able to access the inventory of the horse later anymore. You will be totally encumbered, but you can still run away with the horse without any issues.
You can get the dialogue for getting lockpicks from fritz by just telling kunesh your gonna let your dad handle it and then going to the locked chest. Also, if you talk to fritz again after getting the lockpicks, and youve already thrown poop at the duetchs house, you can ask them to "scratch your back" and the boys will go with you to beat up kunesh. Although this just gives the same result as if you beat him yourself. But you can get the lockpicks anyway, and then just dont ask him to scratch your back. It would seem that getting skills from beating up kunesh no longer works.
I like how you structured the video! You first defined very clear goals (and who doesn't want to kill the Cumans who want to rape Theresa) and then really explained everything in great detail. Brilliant! Thanks a lot for this! You just made me want to restart the game and play the whole annoying prologue again! Looks like it could be a lot of fun after all.
Holy crap, I didn't realize the guards are all gone during those missions. Nice. For kunesh, I kept having issues being seen besting him and shooting him. I find moving his body back in the field behind his house, about half way between the tree and the Cliff all the way to the wall is priceless. Some villagers come around the back of his shed from time to time so that extra distance is vital. Then you can beat him to your hearts content. Also a easy way to stop that rape when you get out... Before you get a horse hitting the horse call button whistles and works as a lure (which I also used to stealth kill the whole bandit town and level my stealth. Whistle in the dark, move to a ambush position as they come to where you whistled. Doesn't seem to work after you get a horse.)
Oh, one extra thing... Slaughter the cows and sheep for hunting skills and money in town. Much easier than herbalism for money. Be sure to cook the meat so it doesn't tag as stolen.
sadly true and a lot of the chests inside the town are gone or have less items in them, also killing cumans is practically impossible now, and baliff is impossible to pickpocket now with his drinking buddy right in front of him instead of side by side, seems to also have more guards in town now
I have just a couple of things to add to this that I have learned following this guide: Firstly, when you run down the hill and attempt to stab the cuman raiders, dont run up and stab them, wait for them to run around the bend with your bow drawn (the one you should have gotten from knocking out the guard in Skalitz) then unload into the guy that comes around the bend. Aim for the heart because that seems to do the most damage. When the other cumans get close, turn around and sprint up the path a little bit and then commence to unloading into the cumans that will run up to you. To take down the archers, you have to sprint up the path to make them chase after you, then dash toward them and stab them repeatedly in the chest. Repeat this until all the cumans are dead. If that doesn't work, another tactic is to run up behind the cumans (after you ran down the hill) and stab them in the back, aim for the heart. Make sure to get behind the very last guy, the other cumans in front of him will continue to run up the path so you have to be quick about this. To do the most damage, sprint at the cuman from behind and stab them near the heart or square of the back. With this tactic you can take each of them down in one or two hits. Mash the stab button multiple times so Henry is already stabbing again when they are going down. Because of the way the physics work in this game, this will force a head-shot on the second stab. Both strategies have worked extremely efficiently, allowing me to get away mostly unscathed. The only hits I took were from the cuman archers but the armor you got from the guard should protect you from bleeding. Don't attempt to loot the guard towers until everyone has gone to the outer wall to confront sigismunds army. I have encountered some sleeping guards in the towers that have woken up and caught me picking locks. If you wait until all the guards are at the outer wall, you have a much lower chance of getting caught.
If you are as useless at fightng as I seem to be. In the RUN mission, run down get the horse and immediatly ride in the opposite direction to the exit. Ignore the soldiers and look for the wooden bridge on the left and ride across it. Turn your horse to face the bridge and wait there until the soldiers are crossing the bridge. Gallop at the bridge and swing your sword and you will kill at least 1 and often multiple soldiers which are lined up in nice neat rows on the bridge. Repeat this until they are all dead. Get off your horse, loot, eat, heal, swap out equipment etc and do a save before remounting and moving on to the next section. This works in Oct 2019
Now after powerleveling on Kunesh was patched out you can`t even get on your horse while being overloaded. I`m sorry man. You put so much efford into this video. I tried triggering the Cuman cutscene by walking there instead of riding on my horse. Turns out your horse wont galopp if you are overloaded. I got killed naturally.
@@WolfeRavenwood LOL; you are aware that this game has a use beyond cheating? 1. Its buggy because they patched out some obvious abusable glitches? and 2. There is still so much abuse you can do, you don't need ANY of this. Just google the Treasure Maps and you're set.
Quick note, there is an axe in early skalitz, the entrance guard patrols near a garden, there is a peasant with a hoe in his hand, if you knock him out and loot him you'll find an axe. What i usually do is hit the guard once with the axe, then go into the lumber house behind the trader shop. Killing him is easy as he gets stuck rather quickly. Once you do that, there is a 50 percent chance the shopguard will hear it and walk back to investigate, it's up to you if you want some extra grechen. Note, sometimes he brings a guard with him, so check if the coast is clear before looting the body.
You can use the cows in Skalitz to grind weapon skills, strength and agility since they respawn at a really fast rate, I personally got to level 8 of those perks with this and stopped cuz I can. You can cook and sell their meat for around 50 groshcen
@@JustTodd24 in Rattay u get to fight Milan after you beat Stephen& Ringlet (takes you straight to the boxing Square). I leveled up Warfare11 strength13 agility9 vitality10 by beating Stephen and fast traveling to the front gate finding Ringlet and fighting him also. Then you have to run up the road to catch Steven and fight him again..... And then just go back and forth inside the boxing Square between Stephen& Ringlet. Once you beat one the other one spawns and Etc. I battled them via the in game clock for 10 hours(about 40 fights total) all through the night never letting them go back to sleep after 2300 😂. This is the only thing I was able to find on my own. I probably should have watched these videos before starting the game LOL... Good luck
I believe the "endgame" chest will be fixed in the next pc patch. But you should be able to unlock the newly added very hard lock due to all the lockpicking lessons you've had during this playthrough.
Nice guide, there was one more way to become op at least some patches ago. It was thanks to bugged animation/navigation. When you talk to your marauder 'friend' near the butcher and the dog, you can intimidate him(better right after conversation), block his way somehow so he gets stuck and stops running past you. He's plot-armored invincible right now and you can give the guy all the reasons to hate you. You can punch and hit him with sword until you reach max stat. But if you open inventory or any other menu, he will teleport behind you and run away. This bug could occur once in 20-50 times, but anyway, that's how I got a nice stat boost in prologue.
Great video guide but sadly outdated now because of updates you can now longer use kunash as a pin cousin and you can't beat the cumans in the run quest they have been made stronger. You can't ride the horse when overloaded and the chest you mentioned in tamberg is now locked and lastly the horse now disappears after waking up in rattay , I carefully left the horse in safe place and went back for it and sadly it wasn't there😭
And here I am thinking playing the game should be fun and challenging instead of as easy and fast levelling as possible. Stats stats stats is all that matters.
I was really hoping for a more "skill" based combat system, and while I do think it does take a bit of practice to "git gud" at KCD, it's far more important to have good weapons, armor, and high stats. Very unfortunate. It's why I lost interest about halfway through. In their defense, Warhose did nerf just about everything that I mentioned in this video.
Sentinel X I know how to do something t it just seem that they didn't do anything to make it easier on controller, is anything it felt better before the update.
Hey, play how you want. It's not multiplayer, so your experience cannot affect other people experience (i.e., gain unfair advantage against other real people by cheating). Want to exploit everything, download mods, which give you unlimited saves, unlimited gold or god mode? Sure, why the hell not. You bought the game, play how you want.
On ps4....i played it pre patched until it crashed every time i opened horse inventory....literally every time. But you could loot bandits and sell their gear for almost full value at the armorsmith in rattay and every day that passed and you sold to him, his money would increase. Before I patched, he had 240+thousand groschen and I made about 42k before beating that prick that stole my sword.
I killed Zbyshek in his home after the fight at Deustch's house. Someone saw me, called the guards and baliff, I ran out of the house before anyone saw me in there, waited behind his house til the baliff and one guard left. snuck in, knocked out the last guard and took his gear... there is also a merchant who sometimes wanders into the alley... I got his clothing too.
Here you go, 2 likes for this and previous guide. Very solid, I hesitated to watch them earlier, cause I was afraid of spoilers, or making my own, and first playthrough easier. I am currently about to go to the Monastery (Pious), and I feel it's near the end of the game. Kunesh fucked me up, I was not able to beat the guard until I've figured out how to steal his polearm and use it against him, since beating him in a fist fight is veeeery chalenging. About the chest with best weapons - I am highly dissapointed, because I've managed to find this chest by an accident. About the time limit caused by bleeding after scripted arrow - Henry is unable to use bandages, but what about Marigold Decoction? It is restoring your health and also healing the injuries. I am not sure about bleeding though, so if that wouldn't stop the bleeding it could give some more time to fight Cumans in order to get their gear. Sadly I am almost sure that it's not possible to take above mentioned guard's halberd in order to use it from horse, but fighting Cumans (at least the first group, before cutscene) while mounted is easy enough. It's quite old video and I doubt you'll even read it, but that was a very solid guide. Grindy, immersion ruining, but highly efficient and I do appreciate it. Very nice work!
Thank you, really appreciate the kind words and you taking the time to type this out. It's a really nice change form all the "IT'S PRONOUNCED HERBS WITH AN H" comments =). Meta gaming definitely ruins immersion, but I love seeing how far I can push in game mechanics.
All of the early combat level up was written out of console (XBOX). Especially the leveling. Everything, so far, that I've found on TH-cam that helps a player really play the game they way they want was written out.
When at the powering level section you can use an Auto Clicker - www.murgee.com/auto-clicker/ - to stab without actually having to do it manually. Also you can get an axe by looting a villager in the town. Be sure to kill them though as when they wake up they will tell a guard.
CBrooksC I got a mace and a dagger from some too. Not sure if it's random loot or not.
6 ปีที่แล้ว
+CBrooksC I did that, but doing it tanks your reputation in Skalitz, badly. I had -76 after the prologue, while nobody discovered the bodies. Fun fact: if you secretly murder Deutsch and take his stuff, he shows up dead in the post-attack Skalitz in his underwear.
Loosing the fight to Kunesh isn't necessary - try any coversation option, he will tell you to fck off, and after that you can go to his house and trigger the lockpicks event after trying to open the chest as always. After that you can even kick his butt to level some unarmed (the only place in prologue to level it up, actually, besides beating the bandits) and warfare. Sneaking up on guards. The best (and the safest one, AFAIK) is the one on the left side of the town, (if the castle is on your back), near the Kunesh - he's alone, somewhat isolated and usualy has a bow. You can place him inside the guard tower to loot safely and, if you decide to kill him, having leveled up stealth, he'd be replaced by another guard. Rince and repeat. The other 'safe' guard is the one patroling near the Deutsches house - just let him get near the fence and he's all yours. Also, knocked out guards get some of their gear replenished, so you can farm them for those sweet-sweet arrows or those pricey swords. The best way of leveling up stealth is choking the villagers unconcious - they usually can't resist it, and you can focus the one, straying far from the crowd, knock him out, carry him even farther and wait for him to wake up, to knock him out again. After leveling stealth to lvl 5, you've got your stealth kill perk which you may use on guards, to get them replaced. Starting cumans. The alternative and somewhat safer way. First of all, kill the first one, following you down the road, just to get him off your back (or don't and just sprit away). Then run as fast as you can to hay barn, across the road of Teressa's house, jump on its roof, ready your bow and you're good to go. Don't trigger the rapists yet, as they have an archer, that can ruin your day, and focus on the road - cumans will come in small groups, usually having only one archer, focus him first (just shoot him before he does and you'll be fine) and pick off the others. No risk of getting pulled off, as with horse, and, having guards or cumans armour on, you can take a few arrows now and then and still be fine. Gear chest in Talmberg, you've mentioned) is safe, so you don't need to amuse the crowd of good castle, riding Olena on walls. Leveling up lockpick. The castle of Talmberg is the best place to level up this skill. Not sure about any and every locked door, that get's locked up again as soon as anyone closes it, but it is true for the lord's chamber, the door to which is conviniently leeds to the inner wall - the one you're supposed to patrol. It has either 'hard', or 'very hard' lock but by the time you get there, you can probably open that with no problem. Just unlock it (watch out for patroling gurads - the ones just standing near it are safe, at least at night), wait for the lord, his advisor or some guards, to come in or out, unlock it again, and repeat untill you've got the needed level or just get tired of it. The walls are also great for leveling up your stealth - just choke patroling guards, take their stuff (I do it mostly for the arrows), follow to the next guard, and by the time you return to the first one, he'll be awake and ready to get choked again. Anyway, I really liked your video and looking forward for the new ones (actually would really appreciate advice on how to level up speech or tutorial video on haggling). P.S. Sorry if I've butchered some words - English isn't my native language, but I hope you could understand me.
16:12 Looks like Olenna disappears in 1.9.6, regardless of where you park her. 16:49 Why describe all these directions, instead of just showing this camp on the map? It would make it so much easier to understand. Anyway, it seems to be missing in 1.9.6. Thanks for the rest of the guide though.
This is a great guide. I wanted to play this yesterday as was supposed to be added to ps now on the 3rd, I managed to get the day off just to play a few hours! Waste of time because wasn't added till today the 4th so was unable to play. I read that it's only added for 180 days or something so hopefully I can start and finish it. Probably use some of these tips just to make the game easier lol. Don't usually like to do this first playthrough but as not much time I'm not to bothered.
Working on a backlog of subnautica videos to edit. One more of those to edit and I'll start recording KCD this afternoon. Hope to get two episodes done today.
For the latest version: you can still increase your skills in skalitz and looting with lockpicks. Just kill some villagers at the north side of the town and take their daggers and axes, then go to where you take sword lessons from the guy and hunt some sheeps, they respawn after some time. if people nearby saw you killing the sheeps, the guards will come and arrest you so be careful, i killed the guard and i took back my groschens. If you want bow and arrows kill the guards that has one by knocking them out or stealth kill them with a dagger, i noticed the guards rotate shifts, the north gate and south gate are far from public views but their body can still be seen by passersby so you have to drag their bodies away from public. To train your stealth just lure to a secluded spot and kill random villagers. After a few hours of playing i think they respawn (not sure yet) and i noticed some of the doors and chests gets locked again but the difficulty of the locks gets easier. I have been playing like this for 6 hrs straight lol
I never understand why people feel the need to adapt this kind of play style, im all for everyone playing their own way, buy why even purchase a game if you are just going to fast track everything, genuine question.
That kind of goes into psychology. So, KCD is a challenging game. Some parts of it may even border on the lines of "dark souls" difficulty. I think that's a good thing - we need more of that. But the truth is, a lot of people will struggle to finish it on their own, becuase they aren't good at figuring out the most effective tactics available to them (aka, the "meta", if you've heard that term thrown around. So maybe they've heard it's hard, and they want to gather information on how to "get a leg up" in the game. I think A LOT of RPG gamers have this mentality. They want to get a really good start to put them ahead of the curve, and from then on it should be smooth sailing because they're a really good gamer, above average, right? And truth is, if you play the game as it's meant to be played, it is almost overwhelmingly hard at some points, because your characters skills are not high enough from naturally progressing in the story with no grinding, to compete with the NPCs. I personally don't like that. I want my skill as a player, not my characters skill to hold me back. I could go on and on about this. It's a deep topic, and honestly, I think you've given me a great idea for a video, if I had the time to put it together, because I think it's a great discussion. But ultimately, I think it boils down to competitive nature. We all want to be the best.
Instead of trying to knockout a guard in the middle of town. Go to the back of kunesh's house near the wood walls surrounding skallitz, there should be a guard near an exit there. Knock him out, throw his body in a nearby bush and take his gear. He almost always has two swords, a bow, and an axe. ;)
I don't see the point of them patching this. It's a single player game and an exploit that doesn't affect them or anyone. It's like they rather keep it tedious. I can understand that argument that it shouldn't exist for brand new players, but at the same time I don't think most new players will be looking for this.
They want it to be easy and in hardcore mode you could do this and you would almost have best equipment in everything and the point is that it is tedious but if you keep robbing a single guard tower over and over again you have a lot of money check out the video called 250k+gold worth of stuff in one chest and the chest replenish everyday so you can do that every single day and buy loot and check best armor guide and check treasure map guide
so i followed this guide, got everything done, was fast traveling back to the mill and had a wayfarer pop up, went into it and a knight challenged me to a duel, i convinced him i needed more then honor for a reward, beat him and got a chest piece that was +4 on every stat to the one from the chest at the end, gotta love how RNG goes sometimes lol
A few starting comments: 1. You can quite easily kill Deutsch without getting noticed (I did a run where I tried to kill as many people as I possibly could without getting caught, you can Kill Deutsch, the patrolling lady, the lady that is sitting, the guard that is on that side of town and if you're smart about it you can kill the guard next to kunesh's house along with all the peasants there, this saves you lockpicking trouble, Deutsch has more nice clothing items and killing Deutsch simply nets you his keys, so you don't have to waste lockpicks. killing the two guards will land you neck-deep in armor. whilst the peasants give you some extra groschen, make sure to hide the bodies in the little guard houses and nobody will notice unless the game bugs. 2. You don't have to lose to Kunesh, you can also win, then walk up to the chest and walk away, the dialogue option will still trigger, this is because Kunesh can't pay you regardless and the new quest is always 'try another way to get the money'.
Finding an easy guard to rob ...stand at the gate to the upper Skalitz with your fathers smith and the castle at your back, then go right down past Deutsche's house all the way down to the guard tower there is often a solitary guard who then walks up that hill at some point it is very easy do knock him out without being noticed once he moves.
It's been patched....after 1.3 I can't level up my strength by smashing Kunesh. And now even if you get far enough from those Kuman, they would still move.
I'm glad. Either means they watched my video (in which case I'm seriously honored) and addressed those things or they found out from other sources. I'd much rather play a game that isn't exploitable.
For those still looking, if you kill the girl that warns you of the catchpole in the fight at the Deutschs before the fight, it never ends and the AI never die, feel free to level yourself
There's are some heavily equipped bandits further up in Skalitz that not many people seem to know about --- a band of 4-5 that have a lot of valuable equipment. I uh, forget the exact location, but it's off to the side of the skalitz castle. It's like a walled off courtyard area.
No, it's in Skalitz during the intro mission when you are going to bury your parents. It's on the road that leads to the castle, and there's a walled area, along the river, you have to walk over a little bridge and it has a mote around it? Anyway, they are bandits and not cumen, and there's about 5 of them.
I dawdle a bit, so I found some cool things I haven't seen commented on yet as well. If you knock out guards you can pinch their stuff and they'll respawn back pretty quick if you run off somewhere and come back. Can repeat to get heaps of falchions and armour that way. Also.. The saviour schnapps respawn in the chick traders house after a while so you can keep stealing them. I got sick of just reloading every time I broke all my lock picks and started experimenting on the villagers.
You need a mouse and keyboard. Its something the dev fucked up. I hear its really hard to do on a console. They should have made this game for the PC only.
Extra Kunesh tip... It takes a little grinding time bit use block in your fight with him and you can get at least two defense before he gives up and says "Ah, to hell with you" while panting. You still can look at his chest and get the lockpick dialogue, don't need to run off crying to mom for bandaids, and two defense levels :)
Since a lot of this stuff you can no longer do, if I would say go through the story until at least you get a horse but since these missions are time sensitive you may want to do them until the mission about scouting priba and go back and train with captain Bernard, use wooden weapons because you can spend 30 minutes or longer and just get beast mode with combat. I was actually thinking if they wanted it to be realistic that they should make it where wooden weapons only can level you up until like level 10 but anyways. Once your confident you have a good combat ability, take over priba and go to sir divish and start the mission to rebuild. Don't I anymore of the story because it will start another time sensitive quest(s). Go to skallitz kill everyone and ride a little bit out of town or if east mode fast travel to rovna and back until you have a good haul of loot. Since priba is only a minute or two ride from skallitz, you'll have a loot box but I think you'll need the Rathaus to be level two. It's so easy to keep riding back from priba to skallitz and getting good armor to sell. You'll then need to go either to sasseu or rattay, wherever your rep is higher and sell. I like rattay because I can sell to to armorer and then steal it back and sell to the Miller. You can only do this a few times because he won't have money to buy so sell a bit to the tailor or just don't steal it back. You can get enough armor to make a couple hundred thousand grochen in a few hours and your good. I'm playing on hardcore so it may be easier if your not
I hear Henry gets Theresa's nails and then gets to nail Theresa.

All the patches on the xbox are as follows.
1: Skalitz can be cleaned of chests, it is possible still to lockpick all of them
2: Kunish cannot be used to get better stats
3: In the "Run" sequence it is not possible to kill the cumens
4: Talimborg can still be fully cleaned, just that since you cannot ride olena while overencumbered, you will have to walk everywhere very slowly, but it is still doable.
@@xDJblaze757x Thanks for the updates!
Wow that's suckssss but I can't complain I got it for free on xbox
@@xDJblaze757x I use a weight mod and a save mod. Unlimited of both. I killed them all and was able to get on my horse as I wasn't over encumbered. Just did this today.
try to stab the lambs, try to lock them somewere.
Heads up for you - instead of fighting and losing to Kunesh - if you put 2 points into Speech at the beginning of the game - you can succeed on the speech check - but Kunesh still won't give you anything. So you can go inside and still trigger the lockpick quest by approaching the chest.
or you can not do any speech checks and say "you'll get a visit from my father"
I had 4 in Speech when I tried to persuade him and it still failed.
You can max defense skill by standing and blocking Kunesh during the fight.
or you can just run away from kunesh
I kicked his ass
1. You can train hunting by knocking down sheeps
2. You can store gears in Henry's own chest, which will survive the raid, just remember to pick them back before you interact with the grave
3. if being too encumbered to move at all, take Gravedigger perk, dump your gear to some "body", and carry him/her instead ;)
lol last tip 😂
Nice
omg haha
The classic corpse chest
Here are a couple of points I'd like to add to this:
Do the following:
Steal everything in Talmburg and stash it in the chests as is indicated in this guide
Mount your horse and ride to the gate
Get off the horse and talk your way out
Ride the horse out only a couple of steps, get off and walk back in the castle before the gate closes
Go pickup all your loot
Walk (overloaded) back to the gate and the guard will let you out a second time
Leave the horse where it is and walk down to the inn
Hire a room and dump everything in your chest there
Go back up and collect your horse
Grats
Ironbuket is the end game chest still possible?
@@weezycobain I havent got to the end game, what chest do you mean?
Also, update on the guide above is that your stolen horse is not there when you go look for it after the prologue. So it's not as much use as previously. You can explore quite a big area around the talmburg village before you trigger the next scene, but you dont really need a horse for that
Here is another thing to do before you leave talmburg: Shoot the cows (there are two sets of cows one at each end of the village). You can train up archery and the meat can be sold at the inn for quite a lot of cash once cooked (removes stolen tag). They respawn pretty fast, you need to leave the area and come back. Dont let the guards see you killing them, they dont like it :)
To be honest it's probably not worth the time of stealing every single thing before the prologue ends.
They reset the 'free' horse but it seems anything else you got up to stays as it was
@@Ironbuket How much of this guide is possible if you dont mind me asking?
Thank you so much bro

Unfortunately some of this stuff has been patched as I’ve discovered so far. You can’t use Kunesh as a pin cushion and you can’t ride that horse if you are over burdened, it won’t let you mount. Probably best to put this in your title.
I can't get a guard to go to where he knocks him out. I've tried guards but they always counter me
@@robertandrews6915 To bypass the the over burdened just put ur stuff in chests. skallitz stuff in the unlockable one in henrys house.
@@nall1477you need the DLC too...
Thanks for the guide. I play for PS4 and after patch 1.8.2 three things cannot be done anymore [patched out] but still managed to make some money selling loot:
[1] Train your STR, AGI and weapons at Kunesh, sadly;
[2] Ride your horse while emcumbered;
[3] And the entire chest NE of Neuhof with the St.
Try this!
I just got it for ps4 and was watching all these videos for nothing damn lol at least I know some tips.
Is it possible to kill all the kumen while you in the run. Man it feel impossible. Keep getting hit while riding the horse and keep missing ugh
I found a video that shows where the St. George's Sword chest is in 2019... th-cam.com/video/7C-IBnWjZeg/w-d-xo.html
Update: Kunesh can no longer to hit, stab any weapon anymore, it just not leveling up skills no matter you hold sword or axe
Are you getting random encounters? On my version it broke for some reason.
The horses will die, and do die. Yours must have bugged.
you can kill and loot the other horses in skalitz and get a noble saddle with four bags.
Are you using any mods by chance? I know there are a few that affect them. Personally haven't had any issues, just beat up the wayfaring knight in my main save.
Hmmm.. I had multiple horses die when testing stuff out in the latest version. Only took a few slashes. Worth looking into though.
Another important thing you forgot. You can purchase a horse from any stable when you wake up in Rattay which there’s really no point in having Olena, plus you get a different cutscene when your chasing a boar with Sir Hans on a Hunting quest
you don't have to fight kunesh to get lockpicks, just talk to him and say that your father will hear of this, then go to the chest to get the lockpick mission
or since you used the speech options when talking to your mother you can get success by using the speech option and get some reputation
Or you can sell apples from your house buy bear and coal and get to working
No need to fight/rob kunesh
Skills you gain from it:
Unarmed
Hunting
Str, agi, vitality
Warefare
Main.
I havent tested that, I just assume it would kill them.
came here for the info, stayed to watch kunesh get jabbed over and over again.
RIP the end of this guide, they patched out the chest at the end.
Dang I was just about to ask about that
That is until you beat the game, and meet Lord Capon there, he's sitting next to that chest but after you talk to him he gets up and leaves and the guards there are apparently looking the other way so very easy to rob. But the items will carry a stolen tag for a LONG time.
Dw the newest version of the chest is at lederitch in the forest
@@kyitb9233 for real?
Hxrry Txpping yes for real honest you need level 8 Lockpicking and it’s a hard chest so good luck it’s not that bad tbh
Why would you carry on using OLENA until you get to the part of the main quest line where you get PEBBLES? With all that loot and money from selling the loot, surely you just ride OLENA to a Horse Trader as soon as you can, and buy a Horse that you can whistle up and access the inventory of?
It is likely that the horse you buy will have better stats than PEBBLES anyway (if you chose with a bit of care when Horse buying)? It will also make the 'hunting with Sir Capon' quest easier, having a horse v's not having one?
Remember to pick Nettles to get the hidden herbalism perk that gives +2 vitality
The Wanderer, could you do a new version of the best possible start in KCD?
Josh Soriano yeah after the patches would be great
Pleaseeeee.... Lol
@@Salvazar1000 You can save and quit to menu to avoid using savior schnapps
Titodamus 1 but you can’t load it a second time. The save and quit option is a one time load back in then is deleted.

One of the most helpful things I learned about the combat system, don't try to finish a combo if an enemy interrupts it. Very quick way to die.
Only problem is it's STILL nearly impossible to pick locks with controller, but that's not your fault.
tnlaw2004 lock picking on controller is easy you’re just bad at it
Yeah I tried with my xbox controller. Was NOT happening. Funny thing though - I actually prefer to use it for combat.
Da da u on about its so easy
I noticed the more i practiced the easier it got. Took me a couple hours on the ps4 to get it down right.
You can leave stuff in the chest where you get the nails from.
The chest in the main room disappears but the chest in the storage room stays. I leave everything I steal in Skalitz there so I can pick it up before I bury my parents and it just comes with me. And you can steal ALOT of shit in Skalitz including taking out 3 guards and all their armor.
I leave everything in the chest in the main room. Both chests are still there after the raid when you return.

The the hours of editing must have surpassed the play time this is so well edited.
This guide will come in super handy when I buy the game.
I dont recommend you to do this. You lose the main purpose of the game. Believe me.
In that case, sure, but i think there is a line between borderline cheating, and exploiting every bit of the game, or being a masochist :/
Anyway, this game is fun, just be patient, cuz its buggy af. Enjoy hearing my native language in the game (hungarian) :)
yeah I'm kinda happy I never did anything of this. the game is still a challenge.
Fredo Sinsemilla I believe it’ll still be a challenge because there are still fights that involve multiple opponents, and keeping your character healthy
“Lockpicking on console is so easy” said no one ever
I’m so glad i’m not alone. I’m trying the simplified setting and it helps a bit
It is if you use the simplified option which is a must
Doom's Way sound good
Quick smooth movements
Tried for over an hour using my Xbox controller, still can’t do it. Going to get a keyboard and adapter for the Xbox and see if that makes it easier
Dont you need lvl 2 in strenght or sneaking to learn knock out moves?
I'm about one third of the way through, and this option makes me want to start again.
The beating up Kunesh part is the part where I think that I might as well just use console commands to get my stats up. Saves me from getting carpal tunnel syndrom from repeatedly clicking for an hour ;)
Nah, it does not.
Arent the console commands disabled?
They work just fine, on the pc version at least. There are also mods that add more commands.
Just punch some cows, I floored Kunesh in like 2 hits at Unarmed 3 or so.
I just keep backing up and giving him the old one two right jab, do that for a few mins and the bitch boy backs down lol
Here's how you get your best start (2022-05-06):
Get herbalism to lvl 10, then get the perk for the strength.
Or Jut play normally and win anyway what are you even trying to do with all this grindig that is not even necessary
You don't have to fight/lose to Kunesh, Just sneak into his home and look at the chest, the lockpick quest will unlock
Am i the only one having trouble taking down guards even when nobody is looking?
It takes time to do it
Holy crap, I didn't realize the guards are all gone during those missions.
Poor livestock lol.
Well, he suggests to just slaughter them, I'd suggest to knock them out unarmed, Russel Crow style!
Power leveling on Kunesh does not work anymore on 1.5!
sadly true and a lot of the chests inside the town are gone or have less items in them, also killing cumans is practically impossible now, and baliff is impossible to pickpocket now with his drinking buddy right in front of him instead of side by side, seems to also have more guards in town now
This is why i like physical copies
The physical copies still get all the same updates
Echo Chill yeah but if you turn off the internet and reinstall it :)
Artistic Stormtrooper yeah!
I have just a couple of things to add to this that I have learned following this guide:
Firstly, when you run down the hill and attempt to stab the cuman raiders, dont run up and stab them, wait for them to run around the bend with your bow drawn (the one you should have gotten from knocking out the guard in Skalitz) then unload into the guy that comes around the bend.
Wow ! What a wonderful tip you have given us. Thank-you for this tip.
Yeah, this video is outdated sadly.
A pity i didn't read that before i bought that buggy piece of crap of a game.

Lock picking on console is a joke
4-6yrs later and i can still agree☠️
dont know if you still play the game but there’s a setting that makes it easy
My favorite Kcd comment of all time
@@SlanFanMyMan lockpicking gets super easy as soon as your 3 levels in tbh. just buy the level up from peshek then spam break locks

You can use the cows in Skalitz to grind weapon skills, strength and agility since they respawn at a really fast rate, I personally got to level 8 of those perks with this and stopped cuz I can. You can cook and sell their meat for around 50 groshcen
I prefer killing the sheep over the cows, though if you get the cows stuck in the bushes, it's an easy way to level unarmed
@@JustTodd24 in Rattay u get to fight Milan after you beat Stephen& Ringlet (takes you straight to the boxing Square). Then you have to run up the road to catch Steven and fight him again..... And then just go back and forth inside the boxing Square between Stephen& Ringlet. Nice! Good job, thanks for the video!
imagine the cumans showing up to loot skalitz only to find everything of value is just gone
I believe the "endgame" chest will be fixed in the next pc patch. But you should be able to unlock the newly added very hard lock due to all the lockpicking lessons you've had during this playthrough.
endgame chest is gone no chest where there was one before
Nice guide, there was one more way to become op at least some patches ago.
You can't ride the horse when overloaded and the chest you mentioned in tamberg is now locked and lastly the horse now disappears after waking up in rattay , I carefully left the horse in safe place and went back for it and sadly it wasn't there😭
this video makes me want to play Fallout 4 subliminally
And here I am thinking playing the game should be fun and challenging instead of as easy and fast levelling as possible. Stats stats stats is all that matters.
I was really hoping for a more "skill" based combat system, and while I do think it does take a bit of practice to "git gud" at KCD, it's far more important to have good weapons, armor, and high stats. Very unfortunate. It's why I lost interest about halfway through. In their defense, Warhose did nerf just about everything that I mentioned in this video.
The Wanderer trying to lockpick like the guide but lockpicking is still horrible for controllers so I gave up and deleted the game.
halo48189 just level ur lockpick and tip is to rotate the lock quickly
Sentinel X I know how to do something t it just seem that they didn't do anything to make it easier on controller, is anything it felt better before the update.
Hey, play how you want. It's not multiplayer, so your experience cannot affect other people experience (i.e., gain unfair advantage against other real people by cheating). Want to exploit everything, download mods, which give you unlimited saves, unlimited gold or god mode? Sure, why the hell not. You bought the game, play how you want.
the back of Kunesh's barn is a place that guards won't come around.
Some times I hope other devs would be like bethesda and not fix their games for years and I could still enjoy the exploits ... alas
And I still blame Todd
+CBrooksC
I did that, but doing it tanks your reputation in Skalitz, badly.
I can’t pick a god dam lock
I love you, so very much. Thank you for this video! I will be trying it out tonight! Would love to watch your stream sometime!
when will there be a next episode(16 i believe) of KCD????
Working on a backlog of subnautica videos to edit. One more of those to edit and I'll start recording KCD this afternoon. Hope to get two episodes done today.
cool, cant wait, great work buddy , love your videos
I tried to do this with immortal kunesh and I wasn't leveling up any reason that it isn't working
Same, they must have patched it recently.
8:20 I didn't know this, but still used him as a punching bag in my first time playing :D Good skillups, instant heal at mother's.
Pebbles, errrrbs and lockpicks! A new adventure from The Wanderer ;)
Anyone else hear the Skyrim soundtrack?
nostalgia hits hard my boy
Also Fallout 4 soundtrack there :)
so i followed this guide, got everything done, was fast traveling back to the mill and had a wayfarer pop up, went into it and a knight challenged me to a duel, i convinced him i needed more then honor for a reward, beat him and got a chest piece that was +4 on every stat to the one from the chest at the end, gotta love how RNG goes sometimes lol
Thanks for the tips... Only that they’ve now patched the exploit at the start and removed the chest.
A few starting comments:
I wish I could have played this game before all of this was patched out.
The Wanderer Sure they watched youre Video....... omfg
For those still looking, if you kill the girl that warns you of the catchpole in the fight at the Deutschs before the fight, it never ends and the AI never die, feel free to level yourself
It borks your save though
Towards the end of the video, I found the camp, but there wasn't a shield or chest there. Did they remove it in a patch?
It was removed. They fixed a lot of stuff from this video (thankfully). Gotta play legit now!
Yes, it can spawn like 5-8 bandits every few days. I go back there to collect loot every now and again and practice my bow and repair skills.
Sadly the patched the pincushion, everything else seem to work! Thanks!!!
How “f’d” am i if i cant lockpick to save my life?
I've learned so much, great vid my man.
I'd love to do something like this, but I can not for the life of me figure out how to pick locks
Doiches widow? But he's alive still..
Crap, SPOILERS! Lol.
everything u did actually worked thank u
You can no longer level up your stats by stabbing Kunesh :(
Since a lot of this stuff you can no longer do, if I would say go through the story until at least you get a horse but since these missions are time sensitive you may want to do them until the mission about scouting priba and go back and train with captain Bernard, use wooden weapons because you can spend 30 minutes or longer and just get beast mode with combat.
