I noticed that you put the date that you got married where it says Date From (mm/dd/yyyy). So I got married overseas on Dec 10 2023. I'm guessing I should also use that date instead of today's date, Oct 4 2024 ? Also, Spouse Beneficiary Certification: I send this over to my wife overseas, and she signs it, right ? Since she signs it, do I leave the box checked or unchecked (1.a. I can read and understand English..)
Thank you for helping us to fill out I -130a. my question is : for the Part 1 Last physical address outside US, in my case she did not complete 1 year yet in my home address, she lives there 7 months so in this case I have to put her home address when she was before marriage or I have to put mine where she lives now even its less than one year?

I stayed in a theme park for 5 months, left in grace period to vacation for a month and left for another 20 days to another country before returning to my home country. Should I include those? I can´t really remember they were scattered
How do I sign the i130...as the petitioner for my husband...when i am filing it online? I was told it cant be done by typing or electronic signature and must be in wet black ink, but if i file online how can i do this? Thank you!

@@usimmigrationhelp7335 i think when you overseas you don't have to sign the form because if you read the part where there is START HERE they says that ( if you reside overseas , you still must complete i130a , but you do not need to sign the form )
I applied for my husband since 2021, now he had his IR1 visa but I have a problem with greencard payments i typed A#..... number and case number, I have this message (an anexpected error occurred) please can you tell me what that means?

i completely fill the form by myself and i didn’t sign it because I’m in overseas in USA so why r u saying that i have must sign it
If the beneficiary file the firm.she or he musr sign form otherwise petition file and Beneficiary does not have yo sign it
