Yoga puts you in good health in the first place. Don't expect the medical and pharmaceutical industry to encourage this. They will lose money! Doctors need you to be sick so they can have a job 😂

You need to do this atleast 3 times a week. Give yourself time to feel progress. Dietary changes may help. Also lying in your back with feet in this position, butterfly repose. Blocks, softly clenched fists or bricks/ books under the sides of legs to prevent over opening/ discomfort. Groin opening exercises will help release the tension that may contribute to declining prostrate health. Of course one cannot solely depend on physical exercise. But it's a huge contributor. Movement is needed.
Hi Amit, thank you for the video. Please, the "cradle the leg" pose is not available for me. I don't have the flexibility to raise my legs up that high. What substitution would you recommend?
In that case you can lift the leg as high as its easier and slowly it will improve. Or you can perfrom it on a chair, will be easier. Butterfly will also be as effective so you can do that one longer instead too! 🙏
