While watching Wednesday I also was thinking about how the Spirit Halloween Monster Hand would look perfect for Thing. You guys did an amazing job with the paint, sculpt and the mold making process! and now I have a tutorial to do it myself 😂😂😂. However I doubt I could make the actual mold my self. I would love one of the extra gloves to make Thing! Anyway stay wicked guys and once again awesome job 🤟

Here's a tip. Do a hand dip in hot wax then ice water, pull hand out, fill with liquid latex, use heat gun to melt wax and poof! Perfect hand casting. It won't fit your automated hand like a glove, but you can make a pretty creepy prop with it.

Y’all are so extremely talented! I tried making a plaster “Thing” for my cousin last week and it didn’t turn out well. She was going to dress up like Wednesday for a little Comic-Con our library hosted. Let’s just say she got disappointed… She decided to dress up as Eleven after the conundrum. I bought 1 of these and 1 of the hand casting kits from a craft store and made a cast of it and filled the mold with pottery plaster and then sculpted the new version onto the plaster and sealed it with some krylon sealrer and did a 2 part pottery plaster mold. Then mixed RTV silicone and placed in the mechanics and poured in the silicone and painted it. Heavy fishing line also makes great stitches FYI you have to soften the clay before you use the pasta maker

This is purely a suggestion, but a great idea for Valentines day would be a heart-shaped box of chocolates that has a beating, anatomically-correct heart inside :D I assume you could use a Halloween heart prop (the latex ones filled with stuffing) and possibly place a pump inside

I got the original one and it works well! The song and the movement! Also I love that it has a sensor ❤ it's so crazy! My mom don't get the battery's much for it
What about taking the night crawler animatronic and turning it into the rake Or taking one of the really tall ones (static or moving) and turning it into siren head

Great work! Since i haven't got as much experience and skill as you guys, the only way i could imagine myself be doing this would trying to work on the original glove after making some adjustments and maybe heat it up a bit to make the changes. Creating the mold is really tough specially the ' not trying to break it ' part.

The final result is amazing, and that undercoat really brought the skin to life.
