Well if she was trying to avoid it then she wouldn’t have answered saying she had cancer. She would just say she was good or saying she hasn’t been working or just lied and said she was working. But instead of she did mention cancer. She was clearly giving hints something was off way before mentioning she said it.

I’m a 60 year old man and I recently heard of her passing, and I cried, her light and beauty will be with us forever.
Thank you for that update, I watched the video and was just amazed and saddened to read of her passing.

Being a song writer who nearly died from cancer, I'm head long in humility seeing her. Her story and her spirit lives on.

I keep coming back to this video and its always heartbreaking. Had she never auditioned for AGT we would never had heard of her but because she did, her name and her song remains forever in our minds and hearts and may she no longer be among the living, she lives within our own memories of her and her performance.

I saw her for the very first time last year when I was in the hospital fighting to beat Leukaemia. I was there some months. It really impacted me. I watched the video several times in the row, looking at her eyes in the screen, sending to her all the energy I had, praying to the Universe to save both of us because we are good people. Unfortunatelly this is not about being good folks and she passed away. I know somehow that she also sent energy to me and I am still here. My love to everybody.

I think that at the end where nobody applauded it was because they in their mind are just blown away that a woman with cancer in various parts of her body had the courage to be on stage and sharing with the world her song.
Jane, it was obvious to me that you pretty much knew that your time was running out & singing for so many people was WAY out of your comfort zone. THANK YOU for fighting such a beautiful song and your voice was truly angelic. When I'm having a difficult day, I step back for about 10 minutes, put my headphones on & listen to this song.

@@Taco-bomb-GTA God did not give her Cancer. He saw it but he sees all the trials and tribulations that are in our future. Those are the tests and how we move through them is how we strengthen our faith. Sometimes the answer is no but the reward is life everlasting in heaven. You don't have to believe what I or anyone else believes but you don't have to degrade it either. Be blessed and a blessing to others.

This one of those very rare moments when somebody truly gifted gets a chance on a talent show, and stuns us all. A beautiful, simple song, her voice, the gentle music, everything about this is just wonderful. I came across this by chance just before she sadly passed away, I don`t usually watch shows like this, because there is often so much tripe of a back story, but this was something real and very very special. @@bluepurple1971 even if the doctors unite they won't be able to find a 100% cure. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are granted successful but cancer is so aggressive. Only in like 50 years or so when the technology is even stronger maybe than but it'll be a miracle to have a cure for it.

This is the most incredible performance everyone is completely silent, the judges are hanging on every word as if this is the most riveting story they’ve ever heard. Her voice is so ethereal, yet familiar and comforting. The lyrics are so relatable and sounds like a hug feels. The music is simple and doesn’t get in the way of the story she’s telling and the emotions she’s conveying. It’s so sad that she’s gone because we needed her.
