I really enjoyed this! As someone who is incredibly flexible and doesn't often experience stiffness, I still found these stretches to work and feel soooo good!
I was going to the gym everyday this month (wipes, disinfect, lift, wipe and repeat) until it closed yesterday. Really appreciate the home workout videos! If we'll keep up the momentum it will be great for our mental and physical health! :)
Even with the quick chat about the destressing and the news and knowing what you are referring to, it’s still feels relevant when I’m stressed about other things 😂 love this, would enjoy more hip openers because that’s one of my biggest weaknesses

When are you going make a video with mobility work with weights? I love your stretching/mobility videos, it helps me on my break days from oly weightlifting, but I noticed adding weights to the stretches is super handy and one of your videos mentioned you should try to make a video of weight mobility. Thank you helping out my mobility!
I love the fact that you did this workout, and I too am desperate for some more mobility, but I can't do the entire central portion of this because I can't do anything on my knees at present. Please oh please can you do something that one can do without any kneeling? Almost everyone I know has bad knees!!!!! It's not just bad backs and a general lack of flexibility. You have no idea how much trouble I am having finding ANY fitness program that does NOT involve kneeling, hopping, skipping, jumping or twisting my knees. It's an absolute nightmare. I found Chloe Ting, but even hers involves a lot of kneeling!!!! I reckon if a trainer decided to do some programs for those with bad backs, bad knees and poor flexibility, they would make a killing!!!!!!
Can i make a small suggestion? Please wear something that contrasts with the background and floor so its easier to see what you are doing? Thanks! Love the videos this is advice not criticism
That was really good i tried for the first time this morning and my legs are well tight. also need to get a yoga met cut the rug hurt haha. but would love to see some home workouts?

I always get pins and needles in my bent leg on pigeon pose!!! Which means i cant really hold it very long...any advice or alternative stretches?? 😊
