Question. Sometimes Google does not work. I say hey Google and I get the wave for a split second and then it goes away. Doesn't give me time to say anything or if I'm trying to respond to a text, it says it doesn't understand. It's very sporadic. Sometimes it works perfectly others it doesn't. Is there a way to fix that?
That's right, but most of the time the Android Phone will respond to the "Ok, Google" command before the Android Auto do. You can disable it at here: mashtips.com/disable-ok-google-always-listening-android/
We did this video with a wired connection, see at 0:33. The Bluetooth connection is not enough to work with Android Auto. However, there are a few cars and devices that support Wireless Android Auto.
