    The water crisis in Flint, Michigan has led to many problems, including the closure of schools in the area. What are your thoughts on this ongoing issue?

      Hair clogs plumbing. Use hair catchers to catch stray hair when you shower and perhaps even degreaser if you are using alot of hair products. You all look beautiful!

    Fun fact: NBA Players Glen Rice & Morris Peterson both went here. My Uncle Amos who was an All American National Champion wrestler was a Wildcat too.

    This isn't right. The water is clearly not clean, yet they are saying that it is just to keep from having to pay for bottled water for the public..

      its about money my friend... money for the city money for the state ... flint is controlled by greedy people who only care about lining there own pockets...all the way back to the days of mayor stanley . when GM pulled out of flint that was the start of what myself and other friends of mine who moved out of flint call the deep wound . and now with this water problem with no great end insight . that wound is bleeding out badly ..... i say to all who live in flint mi . GET OUT AS SOON as you can . if you get the chance may it be a job . family who can help ect just get out . its a dead city . dont get me wrong i grew up in flint went to carman-anisworth . met a great girl. moved out and from time to time i go back to see how bad it has become .

    Flynts water problems are fairly simple, the city decided that river water was s cheaper option, and stopped adding Alum ( anti corrosion agent) and calcium carbonate ( pH buffer )...The much more acidic River water eroded the deposits on the inside of the water lines and released the yellowish/ brownish telltale colors.. Definitely not safe to drink, even after boiling, because of the lead pipes...

    Here is an unpopular but realistic idea.....move. why would you stay in a place that is literally toxic to your health? This isn't something to pity its something to find ridiculous. I would be out of there the minute I found out the water was Poisoned. This is stupidity. And don't give me bs that they can't. They can blow money on a dumb dance but not their livelihood? Total BS.

    • @bluelight2681
      @bluelight2681 6 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Vereyan_Stormdragon27 Not everyone can just move. These people may not be able to afford moving, or finding a new place outside of flint. They don't just stick around because they can, they stick around because its their homes. They want to fight for flint to have safe drinking water, and just moving away will help no one as it just avoids the problem and doesn't address the fact that people should have the right to safe drinking water, in a first world country.

      No, it’s just mostly black because when General Motors left, the African Americans were the only ones who couldn’t afford to move out and find new jobs, because of income inequality at the time. It’s been a high black population ever since
