I had that song in my head for a entire day!
I found an urbex video of that hotel. It was a Holiday Inn, later a Magnuson Grand Hotel, and then Landmark Hotel before closing. There were plans for an Indian restaurant to open and later a theme park. I think it's now being called Rangla Punjab.
Sorry, I worked in hotels for 7 years back in the 90's/early 2000's so it was interesting to me!

Ticks AND bedbugs?! I didn’t know the two ever hung out around each other! I’d almost rather have ticks than BBs. Ticks are not really flat and don’t reproduce exponentially and hide in your stuff and infest your house. I’ve had a run in with them. Believe me when I say I wouldn’t wish it even on an enemy
