Thanks for sharing, I’m preparing to enter this stage with my daughter. I appreciate moms like you who are well prepared and literally think of everything. Great hacks!

These hacks are so clever and are really helpful to know prior to potty training! Going out and about with my toddler in the midst of training and thereafter is daunting but this video makes things seem so much more manageable. Thank you! x

Nice. I actually figured this out this past Christmas when I was traveling with my toddler on an 8 hour drive. I really do not like taking him to public restrooms because he ends up touching the seat with his bare hands and his bare behind ends up touching the seat as well and I become so frustrated. I decided to buy him a potty to keep in the car but instead of putting in trunk just put in the back on the floor. I would drive somewhere kinda private and another option is to use one of those visor things on the front windshield for more privacy,

Great tips! I wonder if you could even prep in advance a couple of layers of 5 gallon bag + paper napkins, and just remove the top set once the potty had been used once, leaving a new set ready underneath!

This is ingenious!! We started potty training at the beginning of June and pretty much have it figured out at home but it gets really tricky when we leave the house. Thanks for sharing this! I just subscribed to your channel and I’m looking forward to seeing more of your videos. 💕

Do you think older kids can use this travel potty too? We always seem to have someone who needs to go when there’s no restrooms around!

Potty trained my 2 year old. She was a pro but on car rides i would have a pull up on her for emergencies. Needless to say the pull up in the car reversed all the potty training at home 🤦‍♀️Now im back to potty training at home about to buy one of these for the car i wish i can hack one of the two pottys i have at home already ( little stand up 🚽 potty and the soft toilet seat) 🤷‍♀️

I think any potty would work if you have an SUV! It is so tricky to be in the road and they have the pull-up for security. I know the difficulty with that.

I saw an interesting potty-hack while on a bus late at night traveling from Cambodia to Vietnam. I was in the back section of the crowded bus when one guy got up on the seat crouching while the other guy, apparently a friend, held a zip-lock bag up under his butt while the other guy pooped into it. That was totally bizarre and did it smell! It freaked me out but didn't seem to bother anybody else. Different culture I guess. Lol
