My Samsung digital lock model is DS705 and remote control module is DARCX10. The video method didnt work on my model, but there was a method from one of the comments here: Press and hold the register button until you heard 4beeps in a row then key in passcode and follow by *. Then press and hold your remote control. If successful you will hear beeping. Press register button again to complete it. And you are done.

This remote support ~160 ft(~50m) by straight-line distance. This distance mean when there is no obstacle. So, IMPORTANT, If some obstacles exists, the distance can be short drastic. I think it is impossible from upstairs :)

it did not work no me funcionó pero buscando en la red encontré la solucion (en amazon usa) - con la puerta abierta - presionar el boton reg mas de 5 segundos hasta que escuchen 4 beeps seguidos (en mi caso, primero son dos beeps despues son dos mas y despues vienen los cuatro) - en el otro lado de la puerta (afuera) poner la password con el * - y recien ahí presionar el control remoto mas de 5 segundos hasta que escuche algun pitido en la puerta. recien ahí se pudo parear con el control con la puerta. es diferente como lo muestran en el video it did not work but searching the net I found the solution (in amazon usa) - with the door open - press the button reg for more than 5 seconds until they hear 4 beeps in a row (in my case, first they are two beeps then they are two more and then the four come) - on the other side of the door (outside) put the password with * - and just there press the remote control for more than 5 seconds until you hear a beep in the door. just there it could be paired with the control with the door.

I accidentally deleted all remotes from door i think. Can I add it back to my door after I factory reset the door lock? Shs-p718
Of course, You can add it. But It is not recover the memory, You can just add one by one.
