Terri-Ann Lasagne
Ingredients List
--------
Oil
500g mince beef
1-2 tbsp green seasoning ( • GREEN SEASONING || TER... )
3 garlic cloves + ginger + 1 can tomatoes (blend together)
1 cup water
Salt
All purpose seasoning
Paprika
Garlic and pepper seasoning
Pinch of sugar (to balance acidy)
Lasagna sheets
White sauce
---
1 heaping tbsp
1 tsp flour
1 cup whole milk
Pinch of salt
Garlic and pepper seasoning
Grated nutmeg (about 1/4 tsp)
Cheddar and mozzarella cheese (of cheese of choice)
Fresh parsley

Hi Terri-ann. Good Day from one of your fellow Caribbeanite. If I want to use tomatoes, not from a can, how much do I use and do I need to remove the seeds?
I am not a Lasagne lover but I am going to try your recipe.
Use about 2 and removing seeds are optional as once blended you won’t see it

Hey Terri Ann, I hope you’re well:) I have a question. How do I get my lasagne sheets to not stick together? Every time I do it they stick together but to the point where the outside cooks but the middle doesn’t, so it’s inedible? I don’t know if it’s the lasagne brand I’m buying is not good or something.
Maybe it’s the brand as I’ve honestly never had this issue! You can also get the ones which doesn’t need boiling. Also, ensure when you bake the lasagne that it’s covered with some foil

Hi Terri-Ann, just some feedback. The sound was very low. I had my speakers (laptop) set to 100 and that's when I could hear you; when I kept it at the regular level (20/25 and even with the TH-cam volume itself set to the highest level), I couldn't hear you/it sounded like a whisper.
