Filled with anything and everything from meat to eggs, to veggies, cheese - and even fruit - there really is a gözleme for everyone. We headed to Nazar Börek & Cafe to try their plant-based gözleme: and this restaurant, with a stunning view, is in an actual cave! Join us on our mission to bring you totally plant-based gözleme!
