heyy, cant drop to c without floppy ass strings, i tuned the 5th 4th 3rd and 2nd to cgcf though as im new to this tuning i cant be sure if it is an acceptable replacement?
@@nightray9500 i might be kind of a savage but i have been tunning up and down for a year or more, pretty much 4 times a week or less... going from standard tunning to drop c i do calibrate my bass every 2 monts but i never really had a mayor distorsion on the neck or anything
all bass player don't have 5 strings on their bass and maximum the hormone's bass player has a 4 strings on his bass so i try to play like the original bass line (sorry for my English ^^)

try using a slightly thicker gauge strings
