We got a huge crate so our Samoyed could Stand up - stretch fully - enter at her will - it was her safe space!

We love kindtail! We currently have two of their crates and our cats and dogs both love them! We love to keep the doors open when we are home and they love having a space to go to that’s all theirs! ❤️

When you were bringing Milton home for the first time, I had to laugh at Herky's expression, . She's like why is that here, and surely it's not coming home with us

Everyone told me to crate train my tri-color, Winston, but I didn’t want to confine him. If I could do it over again, believe me I would.

It’s not to confine them but to keep them safe :) they like it!

There are times when your dog has to be crated - when visitors who are afraid of dogs arrive or when workmen come into your home! If crate door is normally just left open you’ll find your dog goes naturally into their “safe space” when they are stressed or household is just too chaotic for them! Have one that is big enough for them to stretch out & put nice bedding inside! They really appreciate having a safe space!

I'm a believer in using a crate. Our dogs have all loved their crates ( we refer to them as beds)and it's much easier to potty train. We have a 2 yr old try-color Cavalier can be found napping either in her crate (bed), cushions or tent, at different times during the day and definitely at night.

I love this crate! I will say, be careful with having two dogs and kid in the crate. If you want it to be a safe space for the dog(s), it has to be THEIR space, where they can get away from a rambunctious child, or their sibling.

Great and informative video! Giving the girls a safe space is a good idea. I don't know if Oasis is like this but Young children and toddlers can be a bit grabby with dogs and it can be a bit much for them. Also Milton is such a dog full of love 😂. Much love to you allX

Crate train = close your dog in when plumber or other workmen are working in your house - they don’t want your dog sticking her/his nose in their tools or on hot soldering materials! They don’t want their bums sniffed while working!

I always thought the crate was for the dogs to have a safe space. I never allowed any children to interfere with the dog’s safe spot. After potty training, the door was always open. Whenever I went anywhere and unable to take my dog, I would leave her in the crate with the door closed to keep her safe.
