Thank you so much! and yes, integrating the codes does really help
you are the best in what you do! thank you.
Keep going best Engineer 👏
I got my PE result yesterday. I passed with 2 months of study on my 1st try. I can say your videos helped. Thanks
@@SumeetSahani awesome job!
I've reviewed the exam and it looks easy... maybe I will travel to the usa to take te exam..
Very informative video 😊
❤ thanks for helping me with my exams
How do we go from two spans of 19’ cc to overall/total width of 20’?
Thanks for dropping this video. I got a question at 16:06 should we take a live load reduction on both floors or just the floor above . I ask because if we only had one floor with storage rack the LL would not be permitted.
My guy, how can it be 20ft by 20ft when your centre line to centre line is 19ft?
good catch!
It’s obvious that you haven’t heard of implementing a factor of safety into designs as standard practice
I can't see the problem, the calculation is well done.
The columns are 2x2 so the floor is considered to go 1’ beyond the centerline on the exterior.
@@Thatdavemarsh I think the overall Trib Width should be 40 feet
you must add loads from all floors above the column designed.
Only some floors* you’re approach is way too conservative
no, I misunderstood the problem the first time I saw, the calculation is ok. I thougt he considered just the roof, the 3rd and 2nd floor.
