Questions: When working with these print houses that source out work to third-party contractors, is there not a high risk in quality variances? This can get risky and risk your brand's reputation when you have liaisons that source out your project to the nearest print house/production houses, and they deliver subpar product or design work, right? What if the logos are faded or off-center, and you can't tell because they are delivering to your customer, and you never see it before they do? What if their work is volatile and is inconsistent due to a lack of QC? How can we avoid such MAJOR problems when starting our brands? Is it best to choose print houses that do in-house work, or those who are print brokers like Printify, Gelato, etc.?
Thoughts on DTG printing quality with the on-demand printing shops, compared to the traditional screen printing that the good apparel shops use? Most DTG shirts tend to fade quickly, and some don't always come out consistently good, which could bring in some bad reviews on your products. Spreadshirt, Cafepress, Printful, Printify, Zazzle, they all seem to have similar print quality, just different products.
Can you make a video on where to get heavy weight high quality design type quality PRINT ON DEMAND. Is there even such thing? Also alot of these POD do not offer brand labeling any suggestions or resources?
You can’t do POD if you want heavyweight tees with good quality screen print. Plus you have no control on the shipping or quality control. So if you want to make a mediocre brand go ahead
Brand identity is the real difference maker, quality HAS to be up there but if your brand is worthless it doesn't matter how high quality the merch is. Competition has always been fierce but you gotta connect with people, not just sell them products, otherwise you just end up looking like a weasel
This is super helpful, thank you for your amazing videos!

@John Santos Thank you so much. 🙏 This would be so helpful.
I would like that the shipping prices to mexico were not so expensive, so I would be ready to sell my brand of clothing.
So how does this work.
we reveal instructions to get started in the video
The problem with these pod companies is that most of them are going with gildan shorts, wich I let you have your own opinion on it.
The lower end products are. But you can choose the blanks you want them to use.
@@johnxsantosoh yeah ,what do you mean? And while I am here, how do you customize without selling at an impossible price to pay?

This is true... the competition is real these days everyone has a brand. The only thing that makes them different is the QUALITY.
Basically lol. POD is great for fly by night instagram brands that make in trend clothes for a couple of months and then fall off.
