Eurovision 1984 - My Top 19 w/ Comments

Well I apologize in advance for the negativity, this is not one of my favourite years, but I don't won't to leave all the years I don't like to last, otherwise there's no way I'll finish this :) This year is really a pile of cheese, so yeah I know I'm repeating myself a bit in the comments.
