ahh it took me a second to recognize 係吖 as Aiyaa, the thing I always hear older chinese people say. i don't usually hear it with 唔 hahha it always stuck with me because it reminds of Korean Aigoo
if you want to translate translate directly. it can be "你係唔係玩我呀？” Something like "Are you joking me?" But it's kind of rude. We only use it when the situation affects you negatively. For example, your friend accepted an offer on behalf of you and you doesn't want it. Then you can use this. For situation in the video, i.e. Something sounds ridiculous but it's not related to you. We say"有冇搞錯‘’ 😁

It depends on individual habit as well.
