Hey guys absolutely loving your reactions! I love that more and more great reactors like you guys are reacting to Korean media. Try Miracle in Cell No. 7 for a movie. For series, I strongly recommend Signal, My Mister, Move to Heaven or Mr Sunshine.
34:50 God, how could they mistranslate this part. He actually said "Shoot. Shoot that bastards." Translator screwed the funniest part of the movie.
I was so lucky I got to watch this on the big screen. I remember the whole studio was laughing, it was such a blast

I recommend the Korean drama Signal. In Korea, it is not only the best mystery thriller drama, but it is also an attractive drama that no one can dispute even if it is the best among creative works.

So glad you reacted to this movie! I know some of my favorite TH-cam reactors saw the trailers back in 2019 and seemed to like it. However, I jumped at the first chance to buy the movie when it came out on digital. You guys may be the first US folks I know to react to this hidden gem of Korean comedies. Some of them can be very cultural but this one was universal. I loved you both enjoyed it immensely. Hope you find more Korean movies and shows to react. Always great to see people enjoying Korean culture. Yes, get some Korean BBQ or Korean fried chicken right away! You'll love it. Thanks for a great video and good job!

This was great! I love this movie and really happy you guys watched it. If you're into horror, I recommend The Wailing, it's another amazing Korean movie. It left my wife and I chilled to the bone after we finished watching it. Love the reactions! :)
“Sweet home” is based on Korean Webtoon and it’s pretty unique.
“Space sweepers” is ok I guess. It kinda reminds me of Guardians of Galaxy.
Loved this movie,I think my favorite part was when the thugs fought each other and they cheered for the narcs😂
You should try "exit" its another hidden gem from korea, just imagine skyscrapper movie but instead a burning building, you chased by a poisonous smoke that slowly raising from bottom and you need to keep going higher, its a fun watch

'The zombie' Ryu Seung-ryong has other movie call 'Miracle in Cell No. 7', in that film he played a mentally challenged man, that was the first movie I saw of him. And that movie has of course won multiple korean awards, It was even later remade by Turkey and the Philippines. This is a great movie, I'm sure you'll like it.

I love Korean movies and shows. Other shows with these actors are Kingdom (you can see the ”zombie” in an actual zombie show), The Fiery Priest, Through the darkness. There is so much fun stuff. The Pirates, Zombie for sale, Along with the gods 1 & 2 etc etc. The chicken cooker is Jin Seon-kyu, love him. 😄

As a Korean, I've also watched this film for more than 10 times. It's really hilarious and fund to watch.
The other movie I recommend is 'Ajussi(Uncle next door)'. It deals with the real crime and the movie is so dark. But it's really worth watching.

There's a korean movie called "Host" (translated as "Gwoemul") that's really good. It's actually kind of old but the special effects and acting skill really opened my eyes to the fact that there is no reason the US should dominate the movie market.
Bruh.. i wish people would watch more korean movies.. if you get passed the subtitles, they are some of the most creative and fun movies. The witch is also another SICKKK ass movie.
"Host" is The best. 20 times better than "Parasite" (same director by the way)
I keep coming back to this reaction since the first day it was uploaded. It is still fun to watch. I remember the view count of this reaction was not even half of Turning Red, but it has many more views now!

The director of this film went on to make the 2019 TV series named 'Melo Is My Nature' (alt title 'Be Melodramatic') and used a lot of the same cast. Its literally one of my 5 top series of the past 6 year.

I recommend the Korean film "Rookie Cops' with Park Seo Joon and Kang Ha Neul. It has the same action/comedic vibes as this movie and is really good. Park Seo Joon was also recently casted for one of the new Marvel films.

My recommendation for movies are:
1) The Handmaiden - a 2016 South Korean erotic psychological thriller film directed by Park Chan-wook. It is inspired by the 2002 novel Fingersmith by Welsh writer Sarah Waters, with the setting changed from Victorian era Britain to Korea under Japanese colonial rule.
2) Flash Point - a 2007 Hong Kong action film directed by Wilson Yip and starring Donnie Yen. You guys liked Ip Man & main character. You will like this movie.
3) The Thieves - one of most popular Korean caper movie.
Hopefully, you guys like them.
This is Korea's highest-grossing movie of all time, easy to see why. Heard they're gonna make a sequel.
