    I believe the rear sway bar bushings Upgrade gives you 1.5 hp and if you upgrade the front sway bar bushings you get another 2 hp, so if you replace both front and rear that is a nice 3.5 hp gain

    How to you know you have the axle in the center after you install the adjustable trac bar

    • @scrapyardbuilder1989
      @scrapyardbuilder1989  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Some people drive slowly backwards in the driveway ( in a straight line) and then slowly back up which self centers the axle. But either way you should take it for an alignment after the lift is on.

    Hi. How come you put 2" wheel spacers on with stock wheels. Thanks

      I'm on a budget so I'm building the truck little by little. It still looks better leveled than not. I plan on running 33's or 35"s when it's done. These tires are 1/2 taller and 1/2 wider than the stock ones.

      Sorry, I misread you question. I thought you meant 2" lift. The wheels and tires on my truck are off a 2016 F250. they have a different backspacing so they rub without spacers.

    Did the truck generally level itself out after a few days bc I did it to mine and it’s an inch squatted

      It settled a little bit. maybe your rear springs are sagging.

      @@scrapyardbuilder1989 maybe, do you think an add a leaf in the rear would help? And would you mind making a review and update video?

    • @scrapyardbuilder1989
      @scrapyardbuilder1989  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@evans_7.3 I’ve never had an add a leaf on any truck I owned but I would think it might help. There’s not much too review. It settled maybe 1/4 in, doesn’t make noise, rides slightly rougher but no big deal. That’s about it.

    @Scrapyard Builder, with the rough country leveling kit is it possible to pull out or use less leaves than is provide. For example I only want 1” of lift so I would need to pull out 2 leaves from the rough country pack. Thank you

    • @scrapyardbuilder1989
      @scrapyardbuilder1989  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You could unbolt the kit and rebolt however you want. I’m not sure about the threads on the U bolts. You might have to reuse factory U bolts. You might have to cut the bolt holding the pack to the spring.

    How r your spacer holding up? Also are they hub centric?

    • @scrapyardbuilder1989
      @scrapyardbuilder1989  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      They are hub centric. No problems. I haven’t put on the rears yet. The rear are not hub centric. The salesman said it’s ok but I just couldn’t do it.

    Hey buddy
    03 250 here I have leaf springs all the way around
    I’m running
    40/14.50/20
    I wanna lift it up some more should I run the level kit or add blocks?
    I don’t have any blocks on it now
    Please someone respond

      When I was researching this lift some reviews said it helped their sagging springs. Maybe that info can help you make your decision.

    What’s the adjustable trac bar do?

    • @scrapyardbuilder1989
      @scrapyardbuilder1989  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      When you lift the truck, the trac bar isn’t long enough because the mounts for it are now farther apart. If you use the stock bar it pulls the axle over so it’s not centered under the truck perfectly. The adjustable one is longer so the axle stays where it should be.

      I’m trying to remember; I think when I did the first side the leafs wanted to spread outwards so I had to ratchet strap them back.
