Clear case that suspicion would naturally arise. Remember that even in courtroom the intention is proved by conduct. Also, in a party no man out of the blue will come to ask a woman , that too an officer for a gift, that too in a room. Think rationally. Even if a man does, the woman who is respectable won't go with any such man for a "gift." She was aware as to why he was calling. A 26 year old officer, who happens to be a woman, doing party at 2AM, cannot say that she was unaware. Since I am an advocate so we see such cases on the daily basis. No hope. I simply think the worst of men i met in daily life unless they gradually prove themselves otherwise, and it's a very slow and sneaky process. You only get to know how they're like when you sometimes catch them engaging in all-male conversation.
How they talk about women with *other men* is the real dead giveaway. The kind of things they're comfortable saying with their most closest once, when they have no fear of judgement is actually the real test of whether they're a R₹&₹e culture endorsing, women hating person or not.
I also don't trust guys who are loud and open about being feminists bc it's very likely only virtue signalling and trying to get goody points from other women. From the inside they're the same women hating rotten self.
Notice how he talks with other men is the only way you can figure out. I'm very, very careful whom I let in my closest social circle to protect myself and my sanity.

Her senior could have called her behaviour rude, and other colleagues too would have been less helpful to her at work. I know women have many excuses to make like ; My father doesn't allows me to stay outside after 9PM, or I don't trust any males. Indians do not have an understanding of what a fair trial means. Give both parties equal opportunity and rights to prove their case. Identity, rank and location of all parties must be kept secret untill the charge is proven. From what has been narrated in the video and considering it true, it can at best be a case of molestation but the charge being levelled is of rape in the FIR. That is the strange!
