I been homeless with my two kids in the ciry of El Monte an the welfare office is always willing me thay can only add me the 16 days this Nov -oct I would have to waith till 12 mos from now there doing nothing for me I even went crying at the city hall an the sent a refund to the la cada organization thay came to me took our info I’m going to the office in the morning
