      Shopping for hoop is so exciting! I got mine couple months ago and I already wish I could get a better one haah! Hope you can have a chance to have in person lessons first! Aerial could be dangerous.

    A few of these splits are not beginner-friendly and should NOT be attempted without a spot.

      Probably just my level, but I find it hard to practice hoop without a spotter! Definitely required especially practicing new tricks.

      I agree, excellent video but I would say many of these are intermediate and some even advanced.
