I really tried to give his show a chance after listening to Ron & Fez for the past few years, but just didn't enjoy it anymore. Ron & Fez had a soap opera quality to it the last few years, but in an interesting way.
He'll never bust his daughters balls on anything. It's a daddy daughter show.

No. Fez LOVED Ron in a way we will never know. A deeper affection than most people feel for their own children. Fez was having a serious identity Crises. His therapist at this time fed into his belief that he was the embodiment of his character and could freely switch between the two, like Chris Chan and sonichu. This was something she implanted into his head and It fucked him up. I don't think he was completely aware of who he was and what he had accomplished at this point in his life. He had been openly gay for 10 years and also came out of the closet 1 year prior, and also a virgin. If he was trolling, BRAVO!!!

the difference between the shows is really obvious in these clips, while ron and fez were moving it along and making it fun, opieraqio is sending text messages to each other.
So I started listening to these old clips of Fez freaking out. I started with the one of him claiming Sam is responsible, how everybody is trying to kill him, how "he can feel the heart attack comin", while he cries, "don't do it Ron, they're trying to break us apart" over and over. So after hearing that, I looked up to see if he was still alive, and the fact that he is, makes his crying about how he's gonna have a heart attack because these fictitious people are trying to kill him very comical. I keep listening to these things and it's clear Ron is very sarcastic and Fez just doesn't get it and blames everybody else like Sam, when in reality, Fez is pulling shit out of thin air and acting like a lunatic, and then Ron kind of eggs it on, but yet Fez will say how Ron is the only one of his side. Listening to Fez cry over and over has made me just say, holy fuck, how is this radio? He claims people want him fired or killed but yet by crying, not talking, treating callers like shit, he's creating these "problems" all by himself. He is truly fucking delusional.

Fez is like a narcissist without the feelings of superiority and blind confidence. But I guess that's what extreme anxiety is. Every thought he expresses circles around to his negative view of his self. It's amazing someone could have as successful of a career in entertainment as he had with such a lack of belief in himself about virtually anything.
@Jag Woof I would say he actually had cripplingly low self-esteem. People with anxiety issues often come across as self-centered simply because they're in their own head too much to be in the moment and pay attention to other people. That's why he didn't remember the names of the people who got him the shirt, but was also extremely hard on himself for not remembering.
