I loved how everyone was deathly afroaid of Ron even though he is gray, morbidly obese, and 5’5. Even Stanley who is like 6 ‘4 would shit bricks over the angry Ron
Ron tortured Fez and made him feel like he was worthless until Fez might magically have found it in him how to return to being "the old Fez" which just fed his crippling anxiety issues; letting through every caller that criticized Fez and having his stooges instruct screeners to never ever let anyone through who'd correct Ron on something. That born bully was angry and annoyed at Fez for becoming ill and eventually decided to passive-aggressive burn him out until he'd quit - he didn't fight for Fez with management or anywhere; they weren't firing him because of the HR issues that would come of firing a veteran employee who became struck with depression and anxiety and a slew of heart attacks, but still showed up everyday and to every meeting or event that was required of him. Ron would eventually just step on Fez, ignore him or make a huge deal out of "Hey look who's finally talking! let's see what you have for us" whenever the trembling self-loathing Fez would break his silence by deciding to try saying something again at the risk of 'always fucking up' as he called it himself. That'll drive someone with anxiety into a downward spiral and never allow him to break that vicious cycle of declining self-respect and fear.
