There is NOTHING transparent about these charges! It is absolutely a rip off to pay 4 times more for stormwater than for actual water! It is an absolute rip off when they have a customer struggling to pay their bill, Halifax water will add 40.00 extra onto their bill to "help" those poor struggling citizens out! What a good corporate citizen, NOT!! Let's help their bills be even higher! Sorry, there is NOTHING showing actual costs of providing this "supposed" service!
