We just signed a contract a couple of weeks ago to build Falcon model by Toll Brothers in Bronson Peak. I haven't yet been able to visit it since we live in Colorado currently, though my wife has. I get to come see it in a couple of weeks. I don't think it is the most amazing floorplan. We were kind of desperate with options, but we are making this work out. I wish there were his and hers master closets, a much larger pantry, a formal dining room (the flex room is too small to be one) and a more grand entry. The Glen model at Weslyn Park was much better. We tried to move forward with that one, but there were no lots left that it could fit on.
I appreciate this! All valid critiques of the plan; I think for the price, it checks 99% of things I get asked about on a regular basis when it comes to new construction, hence my candid comment. Hope the build turns out great!! Got some lovely folks from Colorado coming down as well. No more shoveling!
We just moved to Apopka from Pennsylvania -- built new with Pulte in Winding Meadows. I appreciate the closeness of 429 (I started my commute to Sanford for work this week - and it is super easy). I think we'll be happy here. It will probably be a bit until it feels like home.
Will never be able to afford a home… I got friends making $100k and it’s taking them YEARS to save up just because of how expensive a one bedroom is too, making it that much harder/longer time to save.

I prefer Hallandale Beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities and a good nightlife.❤

South apopka is better to raise a family north apopka is the worst part of the city so I would stay away
