Great analysis. The Saints really did a great job of simultaneously drafting for needs and also getting best player available. It's no wonder the draft analysts love this class. Super job. 👍
Great Picks/Draft 💪
We shall see if any of these draftees can stay healthy enough to play football come the regular season. The draft class last year gimped out with past first round gimp Payton Turner. They join Penning and Foskey who just don't seem to be able to cut the mustard. I'll believe the hype when they actually start winning games in the regular season when it counts.

Maybe the Falcons will ultimately have the last laugh, but for now, I’m laughing my arse off. When I heard that pick live, I was extremely happy. It just seems like a crazy pick.
They make it so easy. The biggest issue I have is that folks want to say "well, the Packers did it with Jordan Love," and while I understand that ... pick No. 8 and No. 26 are in different worlds. The real comp has to be what the Chiefs did with Alex Smith/Pat Mahomes, which is fine and all, but gambling that Penix has upside like Mahomes is a wild choice.
Ford has the longest shot at the roster of all the Saints draft picks
Just started the video so if you answer these questions just ignore me. Who do we want for UDFA? I assume we’ll snag a TE,RB, and safety atleast to see how they test against our current roster. Are there other positions of need you see?

I prophet, Caleb Williams will be a bust. Great points for why Rattler was a wise pick. I personally wanted Pratt, but I do see how rattler may have possibly higher ceiling. Jake keeps being overlooked. Rattler may be more of a spark then Pettetman or Mond to light fire under Haener and Carr’s asses.
Holker just needs coaching and time on task to be truly a great one.

What Spencer Rattler brings to New Orleans Saints in 2024 NFL Draft
Rattler is a dynamic quarterback with a strong throwing arm and quality accuracy. Rattler showcased his versatility for the Gamecocks, sitting in the pocket throwing against pressure or completing athletic, quick passes on the run. He can hit targets downfield, his passes look effortless and he confidently makes big plays.
The Gamecocks' leaky offensive line further emphasized Rattler's intelligence, athleticism and textbook throwing motion. Rattler is patient with the ball and can take contact in order to make a throw, extending plays for his offense. Rattler brings a strong physical foundation, an elite throwing arm and concrete fundamentals.
Loomis proved again he has no ability to draft a QB. Everybody else is good.
All of these clowns crowing Rattler as the franchise QB when he hasn’t played a down. His RAS was 4.0. He is not athletic and has a slow processor. He was drafted in the 5th round because that is what he is. A 5th round developmental QB. The same clowns crowing Rattler have already written off Jake Haener. Wonder why that is???
