im blown away by shah rukh. he spoke of the issues we're openly discussing today, in 2021, back in 1997- when mental health was a taboo and not "main stream". he acknowledged that the love he receives from his wife, sister, and fans and clearly said it's not that there is lack of love but there's something else that he cannot pin-point. he's articulate, clever, witty, and emotional. he's such an inspiration and a loving person. i hope this world sees him as he is, instead of painting a picture of their cruelest imagination as srk.

Wow I had no idea he lost both his parents. This interview had me in tears, as I lost my mother of diabetes related kidney failure in 2018 and my father of cancer in 2020. I feel exactly the way he explained. They were suffering, so it was best to let them go but I miss them. I miss their voice, smell and the physical things. This was a beautiful interview

I started crying when he was telling about his parents..It was so difficult to listen my heart ached..I can't even imagine the pain..it's just so emotional.. I hate it when people spread hate about him..they just don't know his pain..he is here because of his dedication and hardwork... I never touched this much by any other story but his ..it feels personal somwhere..I genuinely believe that he is blessed and he deserves all of it even more than he has..I love him so much..and Gauri is just perfect for him..her support is countable too.. Brilliant interview. Came here after Aryan's custody to NCB and watched this complete interview just for that 2 minutes clip. He is well articulated person. This interview wasn't about upbringing of his children. This was about Shahrukh Khan the person in 1997 and his journey till then. Would love to hear his side on current Aryan's episode somewhere in future. He is rational and not shying away from accepting his shortcomings, if any.

The most emotional interview I've ever seen in my life.... SRK was really struggling to hide his emotions when he told about his parents and the mental problems he faced. Never new such a big and talented actor had such a traumatic past. It's a fact that people who know him just as a celeb only tries to look into his fame and money , but nobody tries to understand his inner feelings or the struugles he had gone through in his personal life 😞. I really don't know how much I love and respect him after watching this video 💖💖🥰🥰. May God Bless him and give him happiness and love of others till death

God, I love this man. He has the highest EQ anyone can ever have. He is an extraordinary human being. The way he talked about women back in 1997. he is really special. I have seen this interview 50+ times and there are still moments that I feel I am hearing for the first time. It is a learning and healing experience listening to this man back then and now❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

It's sad that their marriage devolved into what appears to be a soul-sucking consolidation of wealth and social capital. SRK doesn't seem happy with his wife or life anymore; he seems to be suffering from depression because his wife's lifestyle is too fake and pretentious. When Shahrukh won the Best Debut award for Deewana and gave that speech, you could feel it every bit how he so wanted his mom to witness that. Just imagine... all her life, his mother had encouraged him in all his endeavors and she was the first one to tell him that he looked like Dilip Kumar... Just as destiny would have it, Khan being a fantastic sportsperson, being a marvellous student all his life, decided to become an actor once he hurt his back.... And then when he finally made it in the film industry and even got the award for the Best Debut, his mother was not there to see it. Life can be cruel. It will have to make it up to Khan all his life as things like these never go away. What is success if your loved ones are not there to see it, experience it with you. It is completely hollow...It is lonely and Khan knows it better than anyone on this planet. I love you, man!!! More power to you, always!!

SRK now having lot of money, fame, loving fans, loving wife, 3 beautiful kids, sister, friends but his parents death still depressed him most, his parents didn't see his success, his fame, his kids and many more. An interviewer goes through the same emotions as the person who is being interviewed. Simi Ma'am did it so graciously.
She has been with him since the start, she has been with him every step, every success, every emotion of his, he has shared with her, they are literally a match made in heaven.
The way Shahrukh underestimates himself and his looks, God😂😂. He doesn't even know he is the most beautiful person inside out in the world. He is looking so handsome here🥰😘. His S shaped eyebrows is the most unique thing about him,other than the dimples of course😊.and I am glad that Aryan has those eyebrows 😍. other than them nobody has such eyebrows in the world and his magical eyes ,cheeks,lips,smile,hair everything is to die for. 😋 And the reason why industry accepted you with open arms is because you are a person like that. I thought i was gonna watch this video for 3-4 minutes but SRK, the interviewer and Gauri had engaged me for the whole interview. Srk has a great sense of humour and clarity of life and about himself. Gauri at this point of time is the normal person has not changed with all the fame and money and everything. The question and expressions and the vibe of the interviewer is so so good. Not like today's podcast or interviews for example ranveer allahbadia does. I wish i could meet srk once in my life. ❤
I'm moved by the way Shahrukh Sir humbly speaks about his parents and his family. Most people refuse to speak about issues family members face but he expresses it very honestly. His change of expression and genuine innocence towards his family is truly inspiring ✨

Just a beautiful interview. SRK's inner soul always shines whenever he speaks. Some people think SRK changed. But I completely disagree with it. That time he could speak out of his mind. Now each of his words will be judged and manipulated for different agendas. So obviously he has to be extra cautious about his speech. If somebody follows him from the beginning they will surely discover his honesty and braveness in some way. Within inside he is still the same SRK but his exterior changed because of his stardom and experiences. The relationship between SRK and Gauri still the same as strong as before. They compliment each other so well that their friendship is irreversible. I think this is the main reason for a successful marriage.

One of his best and most honest interviews, couldn't stop the tears in my eyes when he was talking about is parents, he really does miss them every single moment of his life, its so evident in every action of his. But its also wonderful to know that he has found such a good life-partner in Gauri, she really does anchor him and has given him a family which he lost at a very young age. They are truly a match made in heaven and their relationship has literally stood the test of time, more than 30 years of Marraige and that too in such a deceiving industry. Actually, he is a very emotional person , maybe that's why he is such a good actor, acting gives him that space to emote it out. Past few months I have been listening many of his interviews, there is an amazing one he gave at think 2012 I was completely awestruck how articulate he is. He went through soo much in his life that it just made him very reclusive and he came across like this very flamboyant person

I think this is the best interview I have seen. It's so real ❤ Shahrukh is emotionally intelligent and well spoken. He is a true gem; as an actor and a human being. I love the way he and Gauri talking about eachother. Their love for each other is evident❤
What a legend he is, he definitely clears this misconception that actors don't do any stunt, now if u see him he has so many injuries all over, multiple fractures but still soo diligent and passionate about his work. Shahrukh u really deserve every bit of your success. May God bless you always

@@tanushreejain2991 are you supporting the extortion mafia now. The way NCB has been working since Sameer Wankhede took over. Just look at all HC judgements. People have been put behind bars without any evidence as they struggle through biased lower Ndps courts. Aryan was lucky he got a HC hearing early. NCB even took a 66 year old man for investigation and kept him in custody for 4 years until they got a rap by SC. It’s just harassment and nothing else. Speak against the government and they will send central agencies or charge you with sedition. It was a different India then.
