- Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan launched his wife and designer Gauri Khan's new book 'My Life in Design' at an event in Mumbai on May 15, 2023.
Gauri, who is a well known celebrity interior designer, writes about her professional journey in this coffee table book which also features some exclusive pictures of her and her family- Shah Rukh Khan, and their children Aryan, Suhana and Abram.
The book also contains some unseen images of their Mumbai residence, Mannat, and the thought-process that went into making it, along with other key projects she has worked on.

I really think SRK is the greatest actor that India has ever produced because I belong to South India and I don't know a word in hindi during my childhood days but SRK has a magic that even kids can understand his emotions without knowing the language and TBH I saw other actors in the same age but neither I could understand the Hindi nor their acting. But because of SRK I started to understand Hindi now even after becoming a grown up and an avid Bollywood film lover. I still think there is no one who can act like him. In veer-zara as an old man the way he shivered his hands and the voice he changed to a weak old man's voice is flawless. In Om Shanti Om the difference he brought to 2 characters like a humble loving sensitive Om the aspiring actor, and cool stylish easy-breezy and little impatient Om the superstar is so amazing. Even though I didn't like Devdas for one reason as he keeps saying Chandramukhi "mai yahape aata hoon ki thume bardash karsako" many-a-times than the original but his performance was spectacular. I also think he is a versatile actor he did out and out comedy in Chennai Express and villain in Baazigar and Autistic in My Name Is Khan as a serious and strict coach in Chak de India and psychologist in dear zindagi and army officer in Mai hoon na, nasa engineer in swades he is not just great only as Romantic actor I think few PPL try to take away stardom and good name from him as an incredible actor.
He’s a great actor but I think a major part of his popularity stems from his wit and charm, there’s no one who can woo an audience like he does

I luv the fact that Srk is supporting Gauri but I would’ve liked more of Gauri as this is her baby and creativity, she’s an amazing interior designer and shouldn’t be defined by who her husband is, it was however great to see them together ❤

She probably got a ghost writer to write the book so what would she speak about. All of her careers are make believe designer, producer now writer. Its like hobby creation by paying someone else n taking credit for it atleast its better than being in drug fuelled state. After srk cheated on her i think she realized how much she was taking him for granted. If u ever closely listen to them talk abt each other its full of resentment and disdain. I think srk has been a great provider n very loyal to her but she comes across as prideful and arrogant and kind of always doing a power struggle to show him he is beneath her even after he brought the world to her feet. He claims this himself in several interviews Ive watched of them or him. He has always pursued her n seen her as above him n she has always maintained that facade by being distant and prideful. I hope she realises this n he also drops his resentment lol idk y i felt the need to give them advice but yeah thats my observation.😂

@@uroosa322 when did i say all that didnt happen with her.. i said har ladki ka naseeb gauri jaisa ho.. bc her struggle is nothing compared to what majority of the women go through and still have no peace n love in life.. its a lifetime struggle for most women atleast Gauri never had to face any of that.. btw her parents only objected initially bfr marriage bc he was a muslim but they agreed to her marriage with him n they willingly got her married.. he always took good care of gauri no matter what n not that gauri was from a very affluent family so considering all that she had a decent life.. it was not much of a struggle for her n not fr a long time. Very early on srk tasted success in his career..

Aamir sir once said SRK sir plays safe he only chooses romantic roles but I think Aamir sir also chose only serious roles in which he has serious face 90% of the film like Raakh, Raja Hindustaani, 1947 Earth, sarfarosh, lagaan, Mangal Pandey, Ghulam, rangeela, akele hum akele thum, baazi, Ghajini, Talash, Dhoom 3, Dangal. I don't know why but aamir Khan sir brought unique stiffness to the character in dhoom 3, I can't understand y he is super serious in most of his movies but for this movie may be script demanded him, but from tap dancing to sahir's role his body was so stiff it made me uncomfortable to watch the movie, but Hrithik also played serious role he had brought lot of coolness in dhoom 2..
HR is 1 of the best or I can say he's the best dancer from Bollywood as a hero so it's hilarious to compare him with Amir in dancing. Yes in dhoom3 Amir was super flop in his character movie was also boaring I have watched it on theatre sadly. 👎
