Gazipur District is an administrative region of Dhaka Division in central Bangladesh. It is a special category district of Bangladesh due to its location. Gazipur district is full of immense potential in the combination of history and tradition with black glory and colorful glow. Gazipur has played a heroic role in various movements and struggles during the Mughal-British-Pakistan period. On March 19, 1971, the first armed resistance war took place in Gazipur at the beginning of the great liberation war. Gazipur is home to 19 KPIs, 5 universities, 2 cantonments and the country's only hi-tech park with the headquarters of various national level institutions, a large number of government, autonomous, private institutions and a large part of the country's garment industry including small/medium and heavy industries. Gazipur City Corporation is the largest city corporation in Bangladesh with an area of 330 sq km. 75 percent of the country's garment industry is located in Gazipur. The World Ijtema, the second largest gathering in the Muslim world, was held on the banks of the Turag River in Tongir. Bhawal National Park, the largest recognized national park in Bangladesh and Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Safari Park, the largest safari park in Asia, is located in Gazipur. Bangladesh's only mint or mint, where all the country's money is made, is located in Gazipur. Bangladesh's only weapons manufacturing factory is also located in Gazipur. Kashimpur Central Jail, the largest and most important of the 13 Central Jails in Bangladesh, is located in Gazipur. Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute, Bangladesh Rice Research Institute and Bangladesh Cotton Research Institute are located in Gazipur. Also, Bangladesh's only armaments factory is located in Gazipur district.

এ প্রকল্প এত ধীর গতি কবে যে complete হবে আল্লাহ জানেন ভাল, আর complete হওয়ার পরেও রাস্তার পাশে জমে থাকা গুঁড়ো বালি গুলো পরিস্কার করা হয়না, তারপরও ভরে যায় পোষ্টার ব্যানারে!

এ কাজ গুলো হলো সত্যিকারের জনবান্ধব উন্নয়ন। যারা অনেক বড় বড় কথা বলে ১৫ বছর সরকার শুধু জাতিকে বাঁশ দিয়েছে, দূর্নিতী করেছে কোন কাজ করে নাই- তারা এ প্রজেক্টটা দেখে আসুন, কি সুন্দর দৃষ্টি নন্দন প্রজেক্ট।

অনেক দেরিতে হলেও কাজ শেষ হতে চলেছে দেখে ভাল লাগল। জাতি এত বেঈমান না মনে রাখবে যোগের পর যোগ।
Such kind of cantilever that does not have support from above or ground take long time to complete its walk. I am happy with their slow walk, to avoid accidental collapse of the lever. It is better to delay than to have an accident. The engineers are wise. They only approve next step walk only last section concrete is fully dried. Concrete takes around 1 month to dry completely. Large concrete slab takes even longer. From the beginning, I calculated it will take at least 1 year to complete the walk.

এক মাসের মধ্যে এত বড় টা ফ্লাইওভার ব্রিজ
শেখ হাসিনার উন্নয়ন দেশবাসীর মঙ্গলার্থে।
আপনার এই গাজীপুরের বিআরটি প্রকল্পের ভিডিও দেখার অপেক্ষায় অনেকদিন বসে ছিলাম ! আজ পেলাম তবে এতো কম সময়ের ভিডিও দেখে মন ভরে না ! ভিডিও আরও একটু লম্বা করলে ভালো হতো ভাইয়া!
এই কমলা রঙের ট্রেন দুটি ৩০ মাস আগে উপরের অংশে উঠিয়ে রাখা দেখেছি। এরূপ দূর্লভ ক্রেন অলস ফেলে রাখায় অনেক ডেমারেজ গুনতে হয়েছে।

দক্ষিন পাশে ফ্লাইওভার জোড়া লাগানোর জন্য লোহার বেজ সম্পূর্ণ প্রস্তুত। আর আপনি দেখাচ্ছেন শুধুমাত্র মোটা পাইপগুলো দাড়িয়ে আছে।
বাটপারি কম করেন, নিজের চোখে দেখি বলেই বলছি।
