Me and my girlfriend are going to India for the first time in a few months and both of us love Indian cuisine! Watching loads of Indian street food videos to get me even more excited!
I worked for an Indian subsidiary company in Houston for several years. All of our management came from the Mumbai facility and lived in 2 or 3 houses all side-by-side, a couple of which brought their wives. They and their wives would make tons of great Indian food and bring it to work with them so I got to try a lot of different stuff which was great. It was definitely a unique experience, especially when they did their annual company feast where they brought in Hindu priests to bless the CNC machines and the facility. Plus, we got to introduce them to some amazing Texas barbecue (obviously not any beef lol)
It's not unique to Hindus to take blessings of the Priests and also decorating the new Equipment when it's used for the first time. It's the culture of the land.
They were not blessing cnc machines .. they were honoring them.. and were praying to God that they work well.. After all it was those machines which were giving them their lunch.
Everything looked great.. and the last one didn't even have any spices!! I know that I will become bigger if I go to India, I know it in my heart, because the food there is amazing!!!

I laughed out loud at some of the jokes, felt like in a comedy stand up special. The food was amazing to see as well!
That ice cream looks phenomenal. I've recently discovered coconut flour. Hehe already use goats milk.
The ice cream looked so delicious 🤤
Well personally I would love pomegranate flavor with a hint of mango
Love from india 🙂
I am from India and I remember eating that ice cream in fairs at my home town and I could say it was really delicious and one of my childhood favorites.
The ice and salt cylinder used to make ice cream like dessert was fascinating. It's a lot of hard work to get one serving.
That was a great video, enjoyed
Appreciate how your team thought of something different for India 2.0 👏
4:04 image definitely found… I was literally talking to myself saying my father would judge all these foods for all the butter grease and oil yet a good majority of these people are considerably more slim and in most cases healthier than us. What usually gets them sick if not in general but also with the food is lack of cleanliness in some of the street kitchens, and right as I’m saying this, I look up while eating another peanut butter pretzel, and here’s this man cranium deep mining for that nose gold 🤣🤣🤣
there is a saying in India , " if you go look for god , you will find it " , from a food video , you found what you were looking for !
You cant expect hiegine and air conditioner in street food. If Person travelling from outside is going for street food leaving behind all the great restaruntsa nd more heiginic places for a cent dollar food, then this is what he or she shud expect. Moreover growing over this street food as Indian, I have never fallen sick bcz of some street food. Ofcourse they maintain that heigien during preparations.
India's food is a lot like Portuguese food from Portugal. I love it.
Yes I mean home cooked indian food specially in north is very much like Portugese saucy dishes
That watermelon sweet and roller ice cream are my favourite
Love your videos. They are just amazing making me smile! ☺️🙏😇
Hey sonny please come to East and North-east India.... Please explore the street food of the famous city Kolkata.... I will guarantee that you will be amazed
