- ☞ 👀 We decided to fly to Quartzsite RV show right after we finished the Tampa RV Show. We have always heard stories of Quartzsite so since our RV is still being worked on we decided to fly out and walk around. One thing is for sure the BIG Tent is really really BIG. So many things to see and do. We are thinking about spending time in Quartzsite next year so it was good to check out the area.

My husband and I just discovered you while watching various RV videos. We've been full-timing for a little over a year and are always interested in how other people are living the RV life. We fell in love with you guys and have started your channel from the first and working toward present time. We love your "entertaining informational" videos.

The million that you heard of that show up at Quartzsite were probably relaxing in their MH's, RVs, TT's, Sckoolies, ect.
While you were there the weather may have kept a lot of people inside.
It's like a revolving door there..... people are coming and going into this little town constantly throughout the winter season. This makes up the million+ you speak of.

While Tampa or Hershey RV shows are great for promoting channels and business connections, it's worth noting that Quartzsite RV show has a more casual atmosphere that is more focused on individual experiences and exploring new horizons with boondocking in the desert.

We were there this year for the first time. You actually got us on your video. We tried to say hi, but I think you were too busy and focused on filming.
We stayed across the street at the RV park and walked across to visit the event. We wrote down our questions before we went and found vendors to help us out. We met up with two other couples who had been before and camped together and visited while there.
We checked out Lectric bikes and they were very nice. Took a trial ride and had a blast. Got all our questions answered before we left.
This RV show is closer to us then the ones on the east coast. We are still just part timers as we are just now retiring.

The best thing to do is camp out in one of the LTVA campgrounds $40 for up to two weeks and you have close access to fresh potable water and the dump station. Then when you want to head to the show get on your e-bike or ATV or side by side and avoid the traffic and headache of trying to find a spot!
We also bought a TPMS from Michel this year he’s a great guy!

I watch a lot of RV’er TH-cam channels and I have not come across one that is black. If you know of any ask them how they feel about your LeRoy character. Stay safe and not cancelled

That’s the most I’ve seen of the quartzite rv show, n gives me a better idea of what to expect. Last year when I tried to cross the border (but denied because of the no shot BS), I told the border crossing guy I was planning to go to this show, he didn’t have a clue what I was talking about 😮, stunned me he didn’t know about it. 🍻

Did the parts for your Dodge/Ram come in ? So you can have something to drive across the border. Just taking to one of my neighbors about all of the recalls that are having. Ford is a great truck but I read they are having quality issues also.

I made a comment of what sub number I was in one of Todds videos that u no longer have posted - 3 yrs ago, (i looked for it). Remember it was only Todd in the videos at first -3 yrs ago January. Todd hadn’t hit 1000 subs yet. N Yes it was the switchitup channel too.
I need to find a usa dodge dealer who can get me an ABS module for my 2018 ram. I would drive to them then! against a couple of friends who say I shouldn’t. My dealer here said he cannot get the part until ‘maybe’ end of june, I’ve been waiting for this part since mid oct! I’ve been screwed for travel ALL because of this problem 😭. I would have been at that quartzite show too 😩. Oh yeah this is beyond depressing. 🍻

@@TonyBenton0728 hey Tony! I just got an update call from my dealer on friday, still a no go on the ABS module. Said can’t get the part anywhere in canada either, said part still on back order. Get this I only have 34,000km on my 2018 ram, n no the part isn’t under warranty n ram has no recall on it either. So wtf is going on with this part??? My dealer invoice lists the part number as #68347098AB, ABS module for a 2018, dually ram. That’s y I think i need to start calling usa dealers, i actually expected the part in by now, this is beyond ridiculous! I have never heard of anyone having to wait for a part for any truck manufacturer this long! If you know anything respond back here anytime, i will see it. 🍻

The TH-cam channel the border hook ups also has those little chickens and end up shooting those out at people at their concert.

Hey thanks for following along - yes our GD was up in Elkhart being worked on, they repaired, reinforced and welded all issues as well as are warranting their work. We are pleased with how that process has gone and the repair work looks fantastic!

Yes Todd has a torn meniscus- but he just had surgery to remove the pieces so hopefully that will fix him for a bit!

His wife definitely didn’t like quartzite. You could tell by the expression on her face.
It’s so dry! And massive amounts of open space! We will be there next year it will be fun to meet the crew out there for sure it’s just a total different experience
