It kind of sounds like you want him to be given special consideration for his racism.
I'm glad he showed remorse. But I don't know if we can look past the fact that if he hadn't of known the cameras were in the kitchen. He would have let the wife eat the peanuts. That could have been life-threatening.
Then the chef would have been blamed but once the cameras were rolled back he would have found out who it really was an fired an put to jail for attempted murder

This sends a wrong message about holding people acountable for their behavior. This cook was given a second chance to prove himself after his disgusting display of racism. The chef showed him grace by not exposing him. Then he proceeds to spit in the chef's face by trying to sabotage him, willing to put someone's life at risk in the process. He should have been fired and arrested for placing peanuts in this woman's food and allowing it to go out even after he was told what could happen to her. There's such a thing as prison ministry...
One of the things i kinda see in these racism centric videos is that the victim always has to be 10x better than a normal person or higher status or has to do something extraordinary like save lives or else they are doomed. Migrants always need to be miles better to get equal treatment. Its such a difficult standard to uphold. Racism wont truly be gone until people get equally judged and dont need to be superhuman to compensate for their skin colour
I think you make a very good point actually. I think this would have also been very interesting had the they both been written to be similar, if not the same. Same amount of experience, same position. Would have worked to sell that they are the same.
That guy didn't deserve a second chance, but this was a great story. He could have killed the boss's wife because of his hatred, what a idiot. He should have been fired immediately.
It might sound weird, but he didn't treat Bob fairly. He treated Bob generously. Too generously in my opinion. Yeah, it's true that he might change Bob's heart and make Bob less racists. However, he may have also accidentally rewarded a guy who will continue discriminate and bully others who are not like him (by recommending him for another job). I mean right now Bob is not in a position of power. What happens when Bob is in a position of power?
I believe in forgiveness but dude crossed the line---he should have been fired---forgiveness does not mean lack of consequences---how could the chef ever trust him again if the guy hadn't resigned?
We live in a small world so we may meet people unknowingly so we should try to be polite as much as we can to not feel uncomfortable when meeting them 😊
I'm inspired by this head chef's attitude toward his racist cook. Even the bible says, your enemies shall kneel on their knees before you and you will lead them.
I've watched 2 of these dramatizations and it appears the Racist seems to benefit in the end from their ignorant and cowardly behavior....So...I guess the reason we still have Racism is the lack of consequences as a deterent....unless of course that's the reasoning behind these Dramatizations.
My dad’s family owns a few shopping centers with a variety of stores and shops. We own some of the random stores, but not any of the name brand stores. We own the land and property. Basically, we’re the landlord. Most, but not all tenant’s and vendors know who we are, shoppers certainly don’t. Situations like this happens all of the time and I love it. I’m petty. I love seeing the faces of spoiled, entitled, rich people when they realize. 😂😂😂
While I understand what this film was trying to teach, I believe it is an extremely dangerous message. The generosity, respect, and forgiveness afforded to the assistant chef further promotes his racist and violent actions. You are not doing people a kindness by allowing them to continue hurting others around them. You are enabling them-even if, like the chef, you verbally chastise them and call out their behavior. We must be able to discern violence as just that, violent and very often it is accompanied with fatal consequences for marginalized communities. Forgiveness is earned and this young gentleman with his actions proves his lack of self-reflection and highlights his prioritization of racist ideology that allow him to feel superior put EVERYONE around him in danger. While this is a very nuanced topic, please don’t harm yourself trying to “help” others-in this case, it’s in the creation of a hostile work environment that undermine a new chef’s authority and rapport with his staff-in this way in the hopes that they will change. Be the change you want to see in the world, and curate your environment to further advance the ideals you value. Let go of the savior complex that centers people who have not earned your effort, love, and care. Because, let’s be serious, racism has a function. Why would the assistant need to change when his racism nets him such a positive outcome? You cannot change the minds of people who do not see your inherent worth and value simply for existing. Believe people when they tell you they hate you, and, this is way more difficult, learn to not personalize it--it has nothing to do with you. They don't know you. If you are ever inclined to follow in the foot steps of the head chef, please look up the trope of the noble savage and take care
I thought that racism or prejudices in America were somehow overcome or defeated, but watching dramatizeme video stories makes me think that they are still alive and kicking!

Thanks! This video specifically states the two lessons that it teaches the world. "To not judge people by the color of their skin and to take responsibility for your actions. This was a marvelous episode. The main protagonist actor, this time the chef, is always a joy to watch on the screen. The cameo by Istan Rozumny was just wonderful and the actor that played his wife made the episode fun to watch. The actor that played chef Bob was also up to the role and fulfilled the role of the antagonist. I want to write that I hope I see more of the assistant chef with the goatee and the ponytail. He is the spitting image and personality of one of my good friends. I love watching him on the screen. The backbone of this channel is the writers and what I love most is the witty, smart, intelligent dialog written for head chef Chuck. Without good writing you have nothing to build on. Your stories all have excellent scripts and add talented actors, a good director, an excellent production team, and finally an excellent editing team and you have perfection. Thank you DramatizeMe, you are perfection and your stories are changing the world.

You mean they are good at manufacturing propaganda videos to paint certain communities as evil & a particular community as saints? I've seen dozens of CCTV footage where these saints punch old women for no reason, riot, murder, rob & knock down girls in subways. I don't see any of these Goebbels channels showing their side of the story. NOPE they sing only one stupid song until your eyes & ears bleed of hypocrisy & guilt for things you never do to another human being.
Not necessarily, sometimes there are merciful people in this world who have learned the art of grace, charity and natural love for his fellow. You don’t see them everyday but they exist.

firing him would not have been evil though---dude needed to face consequences for what he had done
@@hiawathasmalls3397 agreed but not in all cases. If he had fired him he would have created a person more bitter than before.
@@hanzosiku --- the chef gave this dude a second-chance and the guy still tried to sabotage him; even after he was busted he still was talking sh-t, and he NEVER apologized for what he had done---he had a next-level type of hatred, and people like that don't usually change overnight---if it was me I don't think that I would ever be able to trust him---I wouldn't have covered for him and dude definitely needed to be let go
THAT S.O.B WOULD HAVE THAT COFFEE IN HIS FACE
RACISM is sadly the harsh reality
I don't agree with this storyline. The young man works in the food industry and sabotaged someones food! He could have killed that woman by putting peanuts in her food. He not only should have been fired, but never allowed to work in another restaurant.
And prosecuted
ow com of it bro it's not like that if you sack him on the spot, there's no difference between you him, you both are the same ,n it won't change him, your acting on your emotions not on your sense of reasonability, the poor boy is acting on ignorant n should be made to know the light
the man who introduced the new chef, he is a good actor, he plays bad and good.
Thank you so much for watching, Richard!! You'll always be welcome here! ❤️
We’re all say the same, thanks DramatizeMe
I dont understand why people dont take it seriously about food allergy, it is life threatening, only people with allergies will understand, I have gone through this before, if the ambulance doesnt take me on time i could have lost my life & its too scary when i recalled back that incident 😭😭
We're sorry to hear about your experience with food allergies and the frightening incident you went through. Food allergies can indeed be life-threatening, and it is important for people to take them seriously.
Thank you, Ellis Norma Abdul, for sharing your personal perspective on this matter. 🧡🧡🧡
Not only would he not get forgiveness, but he'd be fired and arrested hopefully for attempted murder
I would like to take the time out to thank you, Mr. Garry and your AMAZING CREW MEMBERS for giving us AMAZING videos on a regular basis, and for that I truly THANK YOU. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
See how far they go because of hate ! It’s absolutely insane!
Never judge a book by it's cover
In real life he would be going to jail for attempting murder
Not necessarily, sometimes there are merciful people in this world who have learned the art of grace, charity and natural love for his fellow. You don’t see them everyday but they exist.
You guys are doing a great job supporting others ❤🔥🙏 thank you for spreading awareness and I’m first :)
Glad you enjoy it, Paulina! Thank you so much for your support, we really appreciate it🤗
The actor of Mr. Lewis is probably the most versatile actor of this entire channel
Thank you, DramatizeMe!!! It is amazing! I thought Bob will be fired immediately or after added peanut, but the Chef Chuck was very kind to him. The kindness is a great weapon, it teach us in such different way without pain! ❤❤❤😊
Thank you for your kind words and feedback, Kate! Your support and appreciation mean a lot to us, and we will continue to create videos that inspire, entertain, and promote positive messages. ❤️😊
Bob was lucky he didn't get fired with his racism and attempted peanuts.
I don't even remember this guy said he's sorry to the Chef😔😢😏
Morning Gary and team that was a lesson well taught thank you may you all enjoy a lovely day lots of love
Being black is beautiful. I am proud to be black.
Nyangoma Atenyi Miriam, love what God Almighty has given you 🙏🏿 ♥️
It's not colour of skin matters only ethics matters
🙌🏽🙌🏿
Why are proud for that?
Pride is something one should feel for taken action or decision.
The pigment of your skin is not a matter of choice.
You are what you are. As any other human being.
Morals and ethics are the important ones
Playing devil's advocate to that would get me banned from TH-cam.
See what BLACK PEOPLE DO. ALWAYS FORGIVING.
JACKASS !
You can't say always . Skin colour can't affect personality . Backward thinking of society doesm
“Cause of the little bit of power we wanna get back at the whites”
He was projecting lol
I'm not even going to lie. I would have fired him and said something. Not only were you trying to ruin me, you tried to hurt/possibly kill the boss's wife. Hell naw. You disrespected me before even knowing me. Then tried to ruin me because you overheard something and was wrong about it. Smh.
He would’ve gotten a face full of coffee.
Very good lesson for all of us
Racist, threw dirty change in his coffee, almost committed a wreckless homicide.... tried to get him fired as top chef. He gave that dude hell of chances 🤦🏽♂️😆 ain't no way. If this was the other way around, the black guy would've been fired and thrown in jail on sight!.. I call BS on all accounts 😂
I like the chef and his way to teach him lesson good 👍 job Garry you always surprise me
Bull, what a joke should've fired him from his coffee break. That type of attitude is dangerous, especially around food. Oh wait, he tried to kill sone
The only reason why he said something is bc he told him he installed camera in the kitchen otherwise he wouldn’t have said anything. I would have fired him bc he endangered someone life and spreading false rumors.
Amazing video and fantastic acting, team DramatizeMe! Loved every part of the story as always, including the ending 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Its just shows when you have love in your heart no hate can take it down. Sometimes people are blind and ignorant and need guidance.
Not a single thing in this script is believable in the least bit, but the lesson carries through.
Bob did everything except apologize 😂😂
He should be fired can you imagine how he treats the customer
Thats attempted murder if you ask me😂i think he needed more than just to apologize
These are good movies. Hope it helps those who never learn 😊.
Its not about racism, its about being a selfish dangerous jerk. Good thing he realizes it, still deserve to be fired and be a better human elsewhere
Wow you do it every time. Great video with awesome actors. Please never judge anyone by there skin color its so disrespectful and arrogant. Great work dramatize me ❤❤❤
Hi, Melanie! Thank you so much for your warm words 💕
You're absolutely right, judging someone based on their skin color is not only disrespectful but also reflects arrogance and ignorance. We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their race or ethnicity.❤️❤️❤️
I like DramatizeMe videos and especially this kind of videos about racism are teachable. Of course racism is a social crime. Thanks for presenting these videos and they're enjoyable 😊
Thank you, Samia Sajin Sabreen, for your kind words and support!
Racism is indeed a serious issue that we believe needs to be confronted and addressed. Through our videos, we aim to raise awareness, promote understanding, and encourage positive change. We will continue to create meaningful and impactful videos.🙌🏻👌🏻❣
@@DramatizeMe Guys, keep up the good work 👏
Very well-written and very well-played, but... No, a racist won't stop being a racist that easily. I wish racists could be kidded out of their stupidity, but I think there's genuine evil in racism.
Sad. I am black and very proud to be black but it is sad how black people and other nations are treated just because they different. I have met some really great white over the years. Praying that God will change the ones that are racist.
best video learning racism is bad ever 👍
I hate that guy gets fired,
If only real life was like this....
But this did made me tear up a little..
No 🧢😊
Welp, if anything this skit proves how ridiculous it is when black people pull this "forgive and forget" nonsense.
This dude is literally guilty of premeditated, first degree attempted MURDER.... and was perfectly ok with continuing the frameup even when the chef >himself< caught him!!
The only reason he halted the whole thing is because he thought he had been caught >on camera
that's whole lotta pressure in there than the Master Chef with Gordon Ramesy....WOOF.....
Aren't we all part of the human race , at the foot of the cross there are no racial barriers ⚓
Genuinely that's what we human race came from
