Her other versions of this song are great! This one I feel she is singing from her heart; as if it were one last plea to her dad to let him know she still loves him! I tear up every time I listen to this version; the slow tempo amplifies the hurt in Mori's voice. To think I just discovered her a few weeks ago and I can't get enough of her voice; the surprising whistle note, her breath control, her signature vocal cry(squeak) and on and on.
What is the first performance that you heard from her?😊 I really love asking that questions to newbie Mori fans cuz it always makes me remember the day that I discovered her. I am a Filipino 🇵🇭 but never heard of her until 11 months ago. Her Wish 107.5 performance of "Akin Ka Na Lang" is what made me enter the rabbit hole🌟
I discovered her 3 years ago and she has become an addiction for me. Hardly a day passes that I don't enjoy another "fix."
@@second1387 The1st song I heard was Never Enough. I am 1/2 Filipino and the only Filipina singer I ever heard was Lea Salonga. Don't remember the 2nd song she sang but have basically caught up on most of her live stage, at home and Wish Bus performances and have viewed and liked thousand of reactions. Great being retired!!
BTW, I wouldn't have discovered Mori if were not for a video of Marcelito Pomoy on Facebook. After spending weeks listening to Marcelito and viewing the reactions, I discovered Angelina Jordan and spent months listening and watching her video on TH-cam and took the dive down the rabbit hole...then came Mori! I've been divorce from listening to new music for several years. Usually stayed with my favorites: Frank Sinatra, Johnny Mathis, Barbra Streisand, Motown, Pop and Jazz.
Just glad to see you back! Don't worry too much about sticking to a schedule.
This is the best version for me. The emotions got more emotional. The song is universal and anyone can relate. It is a song that is sang from the heart♥️ and speaking through anyone's soul. She just expresses the power of music🎵🎶 While Dave and the team acts as the backbone of her music. They're one of a kind🌟

I tried. I filmed a reaction but as I was editing it I wasn’t physically reacting and I didn’t have anything constructive to say. It would have been a waste of time for me to edit and a waste of time for someone to watch it.
