22:45 Well, one correction is she isn't that smart, she tricked him into thinking she was smart by reading his mind. Part of that may be that she also probably lied about being 6 (as in she's probably younger) because she knew he wanted to to be at least 6.
I would suggest she is smart. She is only about 4 years old, but looks to have a knowledge level more appropriate to an 8-10 year old. She also seems to have been able to escape a research facility though the details on that are unknown so far.

Both of these point to a certain degree of knowledge and experience that a 4 year old would not be expected to possess....plus her ability to manipulate Loid and Yor. For example being able to read mind would help a lot in escaping since she would be able to know any passwords, and when people are coming around a corner. We also don’t know if Anya escaped alone or not, she could of gotten help from someone inside. Plus in that type of environment you are basically forced to adapt quickly to new situations.
I really (like really) think that kaguya sama would be a show that you'd love. Please give it a chance with season 3 coming now it would be a good moment to start. It is the funniest anime that I know but also the best romance.

Some documentaries are available in TH-cam about that it's awful. Some christian groups do this kind of meeting between the orphan and potential parents and they show children like "object" to buy. I'm an adopted child (9month old in 80') born in Colombia and french couple went to adopt me. This Manga/Anime is really adorable and awesome.
