    The church is to be judged against holiness (loving God with all we have and are AND loving others)
    The world is to be judged against righteousness (loving one's neighbour as oneself)

    Some have said that in the first minute it seems that I am promoting universal salvation...or that all are saved. That is not the case. It's important how we read or hear what is being said.

      Being the savior of someone, does not mean they are saved. It only means the gift of salvation is available to anyone who will accept it. So the unbeliever is offered salvation and in that understanding, Jesus is their savior. It is up to them if they accept Him or not. But those who do believe, He is that much more of a savior to us. But to think that someone who does not believe will be saved? That directly contradicts John 3:18.

      @@Kenja824 Read about how God's judgments take place. You are conflating a statement out of context. Religious thinking doesn't make one understand biblical things. Would you throw out the many verses about being judged by what we DO? And then approach the bible without faith...just religious beliefs about "accepting" a scheme that is self-serving? Think deeper on this.
