I remember when I was 17 and saw videos like this and was so in awe of the campus, now 3 years down the road seeing the nest just triggers my fight or flight response
The fear of walking into a class late is so relatable lol, I had such a bad habit of just noping out of the class altogether if I was any more than 15 minutes late cause I couldn't handle the social anxiety.. (>_
Idk why this was in my recommended but after watching this, I couldn't help but feel a wave of nostalgia and reminisce about when I was a first year in UBC. It was exciting but daunting at the same time seeing how I was basically thrown into a new environment which relied on independence as well. This year and last year- I feel bad for the first years because they don't really get the full first year experience and I think it's one of the most important times in your guys' life since you make a lot of friends and stuff like that.
